When I have emailed Hireup with an issue, the Hireup staff were very prompt with following up, and were very supportive and understanding when resolving the problem.

Oct 07,2020We had a meet and greet with the person we had chosen as my son was very happy with him. He has been coming for a couple of months now and they get on very well and they take the time to understand each and plan what they are going to do for there next meeting so it has been really good. It is so good when you find the right person how understands the persons need and also what there disability is and they try to respect there wishes. The team has also been very helpful in getting me started with the financial side. I am also going to be looking for my other son so I hope that I find the right person for him as good as this one .

Oct 03,2020The booking acceptance process is quick and easy but I find the process after the shift a bit too long especially if you have done maybe 5 short shifts that you need to go through and process. Also there should be a notes sections for after each shift that is sent directly to the person’s coordinator. (Currently using the message function for notes).

Oct 03,2020I think Hireup is a great resource on the most part. The only problem I have is I will contact people and ask them do they want to meet and I get no reply. I find this very frustrating and quite rude. I feel if they’re not interested they just should reply saying they are not interested.

Sep 05,2020I love the easiness and the platform that the app is based around. Hireup allows me to talk to the clients, and confirming bookings and filling out the completed job is easy. Hire up is always there to assist you. Keeping current with their online learning is beneficial for all. My experience with hireup is excellent, straight forward and clear outcomes.

At first I needed some help navigating you site, and the staff on the phone where friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended Hireup to others seeking help. PS, I only gave 4 Stars because I always leave room for improvements.
