I have not recieved the last two invoices. The suggestion was that I check my Junk email. I did this but obvioiusly they were not there. I have not had a problem with them ever going to the Junk email before so why would that be the case now. Max has paid over $1500 from his disability pension. Why is it that I have to chase this? Shouldn't this be part of the service that Max is paying for? Suzanne Sarina

I have only recently started on Hireup but my experience so far has been fantastic! The support that Hireup provides to it's workers is above and beyond and I regularly receive emails about where and how I can seek help if I have any issues relating to work. I really feel like Hireup cares about it's employees which is so good to see. Such a great platform and very easy to use, I would recommend Hireup to anyone thinking about joining you won't regret it!

My opinion is that the Hireup platform is so easy to use for both parties. Easy to request, book or cancel shifts. I as a support worker have found the Hireup Team to be very supportive if you have any difficulties /queries. I have worked for a large organization before and found it very impersonal and totally lacking communication, This way of working is what I prefer, working with clients and their families that are a good match together with open communication as you work towards a common goal......

Hire-up has been the most positive experience I have had when trying to get a support worker for my daughter. The meet and greet process was excellent and thoroughly recommend it. Our support workers have been so well received by my daughter and they have engaged so well with her. The booking system is great too so easy and stress free!

It is such a great process, however just the booking of consecutive days is not friendly. I know that you are working on it with the software team. I like the way the bookings are shown in your profile as you login.

I love working for Hireup. I enjoy the variety of work and all the lovely clients. I also appreciate the flexibility in the hours and days as I work my fulltime job. Hireup has always responded promptly to my emails and I truly feel supported.

Having a young lady in a wheelchair who is vulnerable and non verbal requires the 'right support' matching and is in fact paramount. Angela has a wonderful circle of support with Hireup who are consistent in their support and duty of care. The ladies in her circle provide diversity of support, she is valued providing a safe positive learning environment in the community with daily opportunities to experience life, explore her potential and assist her to achieve. Individualised support promotes Angela's right to the ultimate expression of consumer choice regardless of the level of disability towards a desired lifestyle. Thank you everyone.........

Hireup allows me to find support workers in my area that fit with our needs. Hireup staff are always happy to help when I call with any questions and nothing is ever too much trouble.
