Jun 12,2020I love how flexible It is wirh being able to contact the person direct that is requesting support. It’s nice not to have to go through an agency booking system - you can ask each other questions and it’s working really well. I’m loving meeting and helping people and it’s great I can choose a shift that fits in with my other commitments.

I had some minor issues recently with booking a support at same time as someone else did (time done versus book ahead). Worker was helpful with a work-around. I now know to contact worker when practical before day of service, as confirmation.

May 27,2020As a support provider I have found Hireup to be excellent. I am able to go out an help people knowing I am covered and that they are too. Hireup does a lot to ensure that everybody is informed and the platform is super easy to use and learn. I have had opportuniy to speak often with staff and all my questions always are give time and answered fully. Five stars is a suitable rating from my experience.
