Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
Hire up looks after their workers very well and ensures that they are working in a safe environment. It’s great!
I have really enjoyed the work so far I do however struggle to get the jobs though and often they are to far from me.
The option of being able to choose what you want to do with who you want to do makes this job more desirable, so easy to use, and without management... makes you feel like you are your own boss. Best business out of the lot, and easy going when emailing the staff.

I enjoy the autonomy & independence that HireUp gives us to connect and work with support staff of our choice. It can sometimes take longer than I’d like to find staff who are available to work during the day/ mid week but we’re otherwise happy with the platform.
Happy with how things are going - sometimes I make mistakes with my bookings but we always seem to sort it out.
The support from the company is exceptional. Informative and helpful. I have also forwarded your contact details to other support workers whom need to cut the middle man red tape as I did. Working direct with client and family is rewarding and I am grateful for the backup available anytime from Hireup. xxx

Enjoy working with the company Shame unable to work more than 50km or see jobs in other areas ( before leaving my current destination)as I do travel from time to time. Most my work I get is from word and mouth and not experience for a older person looking for work
Great support and communication with regard to any questions I had. Thorough enrollment process and lots of useful information given re the NDIS and how it all works.
website/dashboard easy to use and can understand easy. Setup took a long time but was easy. Found support workers easy and they are fantastic support workers too. Your support emailing and by phone wasn't as good though to deal with for my queries.
To date my experiences working with hire up have all been very good I have met and worked with some very nice people who I have been very fortunate to assist and spend time with .I have found the whole process with hire up very good and user friendly
WhenI first put my application in it took about 4 to 5 weeks to sort out I was missing a current police check mine was still up to date but I needed a new one also living on the border of nsw and Victoria I needed a clearance to work in Victoria as I live in nsw if the application was to be checked when it arrives these problems could be sorted out earlier and it would of elevated any unnecessary dress

We have two fabulous carers engaged via Hireup. We've found that gives us the flexibility and control that we need in relation to services for my teenage son. The booking platform is intuitive and easy to use and the approval and payment process is prompt (although the payment cycle is extremely tight if you're claiming against a NDIS plan). I've had a couple of queries along the way and Hire up have always responded promptly.
