Finding hire up great how ever I’d like to see them introduce a app for us . I all so have trouble Some times with adding kilometres
It is convenient and easy to use but way too costly with portion charged hourly by the service provider for their administration. I understand the need for an administration cost per shift booking but not per hour. I don't see how there is more work each hour.

I stopped using Hire Up because of the inflexibility and discourteous anonymity of "the finance team". Hire Up was set up to mitigate the issues of traditional providers but hiring support staff to do administrative and financial functions has turned Hire up into just another inflexible provider. I have a brain, I can work myself around most finance packages and "that is the way we do it" and having my mailbox flooded with redundant finance emails sent by "the finance team" did not and does not work for me. I am doing my own payroll for staff at a fraction of the time I wasted dealing with Hire Up invoicing. As parent I am not getting reimbursed for my time to self manage my son's NDIS package but my time is precious,

I have found both Admin staff and carers to be so friendly, helpful and respectful.
Hire up is amazing. It’s opened so many doors for me. I get so much back from it. A suggestion would be: the payslip and bookings page could be a lot clearer. I would like to see clearly the bookings I have coming up and exactly what I have done for the payroll period. Thanks, Katie

Great support. Understanding of family issues, which is a huge difference from my previous job.
Proper training was not provided. Communication is low, and any questions raised were not properly answered. In this line of work training on manual handling and other aspects of care should be provided, however they are not and you rely on your client to advise you. This leaves a lot of room for error, as well as a huge liability on yourself. When trying to resign, my email was dismissed three times, I called twice, even replied to their email to try and resign and it still took an extra week to resolve, as you are not able to do it over the phone, and there is no office to be able to put in a written resignation.
It feels like a big family when working with people in there environment.
I think you are just great and the website for checking shifts and all is good.
Great company to work for..The team assist if any concerns you need help with usually within a few days.. Regards Leonie
