I’ve had a great experience with Hireup. Easy to navigate on the website even for a 62yr old non-tech person. Also very supportive friendly staff on the phone whenever I’ve rung to ask a question. Very happy with Hireup!

Autonomy is great but pay isn't high enough, I lose a lot in taxes. Also the minimum shift bracket doesn't exist so I end up working 1 hour shifts sometimes.

I think hireup is a fantastic platform for numerous reasons such as the ease of use on the website and features such as the ‘job board’. My only concern is to do with payment. Hireup takes 30% of what the client pays. In comparison, other companies that provide similar services take more like 15%. I’m wondering if this is fair or maybe if there’s some reasons that hireup takes more. Basically wondering if this is warranted and if so, what is this money going towards.

Hireup is a perfectly set up platform that has helped, and continues to help, me find clients to support. The booking system is easy to use and adjust when needed. Any problems, and the HireUp team are there to help.

I Have met some lovely workers on hire up and so far thing are going ok. Im quite particular on the works I choose to walk beside me on this durney for more inderpenence and there are alot of supporters to choose from on hire up. I recommend that you realy think about what you are looking for in a worker before picking one that best suits you. I personally like to make the first meeting somewhere I am familiar with so I know I'm going to be comfortable and safe, then if all goes well then venture out. And so far it has worked great and I am happy. So thank you hire up for providing this awsome service for people that need it.

Hire up is a great way to find suitable supports, the communication booking, approval of payment etc is good. It is difficult that you can’t turn off notifications without loosing the connection to whom is on your team list. But it is a very good system and process.

I have found hireup no problem, I would just like to buy hireup shirts so I can promote them. Coloured ones if possible other wise I have no complaints.

very easy to deal with, very helpful if needing contact with the company. No problem is too small. A couple of clicks done! Totally recommend to anyone needing their service.I am located in a different state and still no problem.

I have been working with hireup for a year. I’ve had a great experience any problems I’ve had or unsure about anything I’ve had a very helpful and pleasant employee at the other end off the phone. I have also met lovely and interesting people along the way. I love coming to work and think hireup is a great way to work. You make your hours it’s very flexible.

hire up is a safe platform where you can book and message your support workers, once you know how its not hard , the people on the phone are always happy to guide you through any issues. I like hire up.I'm looking forward to more support workers in my area as the company grows

The system is generally very easy to use and hasn’t proved problematic at all really. I’d like to know how to look up a person without scrolling through all the photos though.... sometimes you know the name but as far as I can see you have to scroll though everyone to find them? Also I couldn’t delete a support worker whose no longer with us... these issues could all just be me being daft and I haven’t found the right route.

This is fantastic for me. I had never done paid support before and the ndis has allowed me to now do it. Hireup makes it super easy taking care of tax, insurance and super. If I ever have a problem I can always contact them and get an answer.
