Awesome company to work with. Would prefer to be able to see clients that are actually looking for support by way of a button at there end rather that thinking that all require assistance. I'm sure the clients are annoyed at support members contacting them all the time as they see/read the messages sent to them and don't even bother the reply. Very frustrating to say the least as now I have learned that there are not many people available on there looking for support :)

The person we hired to provide our son transport started cancelling his jobs with no contact to us or explanation.We tried messaging through Hire Up as well as texts and calls to their mobile with no response. Due to the timing and the progressive nature of the cancellations and no easy alternate options for us we were never sure when to make alternative arrangements. A nightmare.

I would recommend higher up to anyone who requires extra assistance with day to day living stop higher up allows freedom of choice of selecting the right person for the task that is in hand the people I have on my team are not only workers but have become true friends as well. The recruiting process could not be easier it is open and relaxed and allows both parties to express themselves I wish higher up all the very best in the future and may go from strength to strength and allowing the opportunity for those who are secluded to regain access to the community

It took a while to set up the profile and I had issues setting up a second profile but I have been lucky enough to source 2 brilliant people that are like part of the family. The only thing I would like to see is the ability for participants to edit hours without having to cancel and re-book as sometimes things change and I need to extend hours or shorten and it's a time consuming process to individually change bulk bookings or have to cancel an entire term when the ability to edit would make it much easier. So the platform side of things could be improved but the actual facility and my personal experience in getting support has been fantastic.
