This is a continuation of my review back in November of 2024. I am still battling with this company about the voucher given to me to use. The website that they emailed me to use with my voucher to book a room DOES NOT WORK! I tried numerous times! And of course you can not use the BOOK NOW BUTTON but you have to use the PAY NOW button or else you can't use your voucher! I spent hours on the phone with their support team to find out that they had to give me another website to use my voucher! Finally was able to book using my voucher in December but since I did not use the full amount on my voucher they emailed me a new voucher to use when I was ready to book again. I go to use the voucher and you guessed it. IT DOES NOT WORK AGAIN! I immediately called them and told them my battle with this company since June of 2024 and MIMI immediately said she would send a ticket in for support to contact me. She didn't even want to help me. 3 days later no word. Since my last review I received an email from a HotelPlanner Brand Ambassador letting me know that she would love to help me with my issue. Explained more of my saga to her and still Haven't heard from her either. BEAWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Nirdaly (Marriot Hotels) was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. When I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, she immediately hung up on me. I had to call back two more times before I could actually get a helpful & polite person.
She was very professional and kind.
He gave us great customer service. He attended to our needs with our puppy. And overall a great experience.

I am very angry and frustrated I keep having attempts on my credit card to book more rooms. Nobody knows anything or can cancel or confirm any bookings or cancellations. Everytime i phone i get different people and not 1 time have my emails been answered Terrible
I am somewhat disabled and they gave us a room on the ground floor. The breakfast selections were good. The room was spacious. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. The hot water took a long time to come. The bed was squeaky. The toilet was very low.

The room was very basic. Upon booking we thought we had booked a non smoking handicapped friendly room. They quickly changed our booking to a regular non smoking room that would accommodate my wheelchair. Upon inspection the room was clean and adequate for my needs. The only thing I can say they need attention to is the bugs. My room had a few roaches and the floors were less than ideal. The flooring is coming up in a few places causing a possible tripping hazard. We really enjoyed our short visit to Ocean springs Mississippi and hope to visit again in the future.
