I talked to an agent to book a hotel for the weekend of the 17th to the 19th of January 2025. The agent was very helpful but she didn't give correct information and the prices she quoted were all over 500.00 and one hotel she stated there were no more rooms except balcony and it was over 700. I went online today and found a room at the hotel I wanted for a little over 300.00 and it had a balcony. When i called to cancel my reservation they only gave me half the money back, in which I was told I would get a full review before the 16th, am highly upset with the high price hotel rooms that was quoted to me and the misinformation on receiving all my money back.

It took three tries to get my reservations. The first two got the information wrong and it was hard to communicate with them and understand them. Each person gave different information about cancelation policy and credit card posting. The third person was easier to talk to and finally got the information corrected. Her cancelation information was different and one that I understood. She said the credit card amount would not be posted until we arrived at the hotel. I am waiting to see how much and when my credit card bill will be posted. It better be correct.

I seen on the Internet a stay , wanted from Jan 16-20 at Super 8 in Eldorado,Ks was 35.00 so I called the guy he said 59.after he told me the price I said internet said 35.00 he said good luck and hung up on me . Kinda strange I called because of the good rate but hanging up was pretty rude . Confused was trying to give u my business ..so u guessed it I booked somewhere else … would call again 😢

never use this company I called to cancel reservations for February 7 on December 27 because my wife has been in the hospital for three weeks most of that time, she was in ICU she in going to need 8 weeks of rehab before she can recover it is now January 11, and I have had no reply even after I called them back. If all your company is going to a bullshit reply save it. I want my money

Shannon was fantastic!! She was working so hard to get my 87 yr old mom one of the very last rooms before they were all booked out. She did! My mom's flight was canceled from St. Thomas to RDU because of the winter storm in NC so she was flying to Miami to spend the night. That flight was cancelled also from St. Thomas. However trying to cancel the reservation so someone else could use the room was impossible. I could get NO ONE to help me and the automated phone system was no help either. I tried for an hour. To say I was frustrated is an under statement. No luck on line either. However, Shannon was AMAZING!!!!

I told the agent I was evacuated from my home in LA due to high winds and fire 🔥 danger. He was helpful and reassuring.

This site seemed deceptive to me and I got a room for twice the price. It was hard enough understanding the agent who could not speak english well. I tried to immediately cancel calling back within 30 min. It was Dec 23-24. Maybe high volume but usually hotels let you cancel if it's done right away. It took them quite some time and they told me they would do a voucher. When I used voucher, all hotels were at least 50-60 above going rate. This cost me time and money. BEWARE. This on top of all I had to deal with visiting my demented parents. This should not happen to someone. Any thinking human would have refunded my money. No loss to anyone.

I expect a level of professionalism when dealing with a better hotel. My expectations were surpassed! Professional with a sense of humor! THIS, and the bedding, make me plan my trips around the availability of Holiday Inn Hotels.
