I am very frustrated. I over paid for 2 nights. I was under the assumption Karol, the person booking the room, worked for the hotel. That was not the case. He worked for Priceline! Not only was I over charged but I needed a handicap room. The room he booked was hearing accessible.
Easy reservation
I will never use this booking service again. I reserved two rooms and had booked the wrong date on one of the rooms and when I tried to change the date by phone they insisted I cancel my current reservation and rebook even though I explained that the reservation said non-refundable. The agent said he called the property and that they would refund it. This did not happen. I called the day I arrived to ask if I could check into both rooms when I arrived since I was paying for both and my daughter was going to arrive after midnight with small children to stay in the other. Again, they said that they would check with the hotel and then directed my daughter to call the property to make the change. She called and the hotel said it could not be changed because we booked the room through this service. I’ve used Orbitz, booking.com and Expedia and never had such confusion compounded by terrible customer service representatives who just make things up. Awful experience.

Usually the hotel has the best available rates. I’m old so don’t understand the reservation websites. My kids got their reservation from a site called hotel.com for $50-60 less. Very disappointing.
