My reservation was getting screwed up, before I knew, I had 5 reservations for 2 rooms, each time I tried to straighten the confusion, my room prices kept going up, finally on the 5th try, all reservations were cancelled, we started all over again, let's see what happens when I check in, my credit card reached its limit, but I knew how much credit I had on my card, hopefully my credit will be seen on my credit card, and I should not been charged for those inflated rates, My reservation was for the Red Inn and suites on 2500 Riverside Dr, in Danville VA. I told the associate where i wanted the hotel stay, Cobblestone in Austin, MN. First thing they didn't speak very good english or played that way. First they booked in NM which i barely understood. and told them no and told them again. Again, i could understand where they booked other that finally I was able to barely understand Austin, MN. I thought it was right but wasn't when i reviewed the info sent to my email. Called to get the correct site, said wouldn't give all the money back for the wrong hotel even when i told them where i wanted to stay.
I will review this after I have stayed at the Hotel. I signed up directly with the hotel, itself, but had to revise my time of departure 2 weeks ago. I was calling back because I got no confirmation that my time changes had been made the first time. This phone call had completely different parameters than the call 2 weeks ago. It was like I was speaking to a different hotel.

Spoke with George to make my reservation at the Sheraton 4 Point in New Orleans. Throughout the conversation George was professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He made the reservation process a most pleasant and efficient one. Highly recommend.

Fraud. I specifically asked MaryAnne if she was physically at the reservations desk at La Fonda and she said Yes, which was a lie. She continued this fraud, pretending to work at the reservations desk at La Fonda and she took my financial details. When I contacted Expedia, they said MaryAnne was an impersonator and does not even work for them.
My rate was cheaper on Expedia.
My experience was outstanding. Michael, the agent who assisted me in booking rooms for my wedding and guest in June was more than capable, courteous, polite and ready to meet all my needs!
