Your system of securing a room does not allow to correct even your staff fault . It will charge customer just to cancel the reservation if it was the fault of your staff/employee.
Angelica was so much more pleasant than the male I spoke to 2 min previous. He was horrible. I have never heard anyone in the hospitality business hang up on someone after asking if they heard/ understood the message on the answering machine. Give Anjelica his salary also & send him on his way please. He will scare off any good clientele. All I asked him for was the phone number for the front desk as I am a current guest. He was not able to handle this small task as well as temperamental and rude & then hung up on me... No bueno. I wish I would've caught his name but I called around 4:45 on Friday Jan 17th if you can review the call
I booked a hotel room several weeks out. Less than a week passed and I tried to cancel the reservation because the trip was cancelled. It allowed me to cancel, but I got an email saying their policy states you only have 48 hours to cancel, therefore I could not be reimbursed for the payment. They offered me a voucher for the full amount minus their fee. I declined, because I rarely travel. However, after several weeks of trying to get an answer, they wrote back and stated it was their policy and the voucher was a token of goodwill. After trying to call multiple times, and getting only people who English was their second language, I finally relented and requested the voucher. That was weeks ago, and still nothing. Basically this company stole $1300, with no services rendered, and I can't even get a hold of anyone that can clearly speak English. I even asked for their legal counsel's name and address, and got no response. I may have to seek legal means. Has anyone else had this occur, and if so, would it be better to pursue a class action lawsuit?

Great customer service provided by Lee Ann! She researched the hotel options and suggested alternatives to our original location. She was patient, professional and quick to answer all of my questions too!!
The young man was very helpful. He spoke a bit too fast and low but otherwise was fine. I would prefer to deal directly with the location where I will lodge.

The first woman I spoke with booked me in the wrong hotel, and I’m waiting on the refund🙏🏻 when I called back and talked to another woman things went smooth and got me booked in the correct hotel. I have emailed Melanie at the address she provided in her response to my review, haven’t heard back from her. Update: so the person is telling me they will give me a voucher instead of a refund!!! Even though it was the employee that booked the wrong hotel!! Unbelievable, i will never sugest this to anyone!! I’m getting screwed out of $1000!!!
