Very unhappy. I searched Laquinta Inn and Suites in Lawton and thought I was at the Laquinta website. The visible web address was laquintalawton. I booked and when I received the confirmation I realized it wasn't through Laquinta but Hotel Planner and there were additional fees charged. Needless to say, I did not feel very smart. This was the first time I didn't catch a misleading website name when looking for something. I immediately called Hotel Planner, explained, and wanted to cancel. Of course I could cancel but would be charged a one night stay cancelation fee because I agreed to that when placing the reservation. There was no supervisor to speak with, I couldn't wait on hold for one, but the rep. would have one call me if I gave him my phone number. I asked for the name of who would call but he couldn't provide it because he didn't know which supra would call. I ask for the names of the supervisor that might call me so that if no one called me back, I could call again and have a name(s) of who to ask for. Nope...not allowed. I was told I could keep my reservation or cancel it and pay the penalty. I feel HotelPlanner web address is deceptive a misleading. Yes, I should have caught it, but after calling the company within minutes of making the reservation I would have hoped they would have been more helpful. Hopefully whe n I call Laquinta I actually have the reservation I paid hundreds of dollars for.
This young lady was wonderful! I was in a panic when I called and she calmed me down by being so helpful! She’s a keeper 😉
The online registration was a mess and booked the wrong rooms for the wrong dates. I made a call to Amelia and she struggled with the reservations to be corrected and could not understand why it done that. She finally thought she had corrected everything and then i found out I was still charged as if I had checked in on the dates my party was not even in town.
Lauren was very friendly and considerate to my request. She made it easy to make a reservation at the last minute.

This company is a rip-off. They charged my card and did not make the reservation I had to cancel my card and file a complaint in order to get a Refund. They misrepresented themselves and told me they were the actual hotel and they were not. They pretended they were on property and they were not. They never told me that they were just a reservation third party company. Do not do business with these people they are thieves.
Kind honest and got the job done
I got a hotel at extended stay for a homeless person using this service and it was $20 cheaper per day then ALL OF THE OTHER trip planner apps I tried! It was so simple and and CHEAP!
Kimberly found me the best rate applying the Senior discount, Triple A and AARP discounts. She gave me the direct number to the front desk so I could try for an early check-in for my brother-in-law. She was very patient and helpful answering all my questions. It was nice to not feel like I was being rushed through or that I was an inconvenience.
I just called and spoke with Emily. She was absolutely fantastic. She went the extra mile to help me find something that was in my budget. She was so friendly. Her voice was so happy. It made me happy. Emily is the perfect representation of what customer service should be and on a scale of 1 to 10 she would be 100! We need more people like Emily in the customer service industry

Though this representative was friendly in tone, She carefully misrepresented her association with the actual hotel I was trying to book. Because it was so expensive, she recommended what she said was an associated hotel, very close by and made it sound like she knew that it was a good location. Again—not true. I specifically said are you attached to this hotel locally and was told ‘ I’m regional’ and she continued to misrepresent the service you provide. When I told my family where I had booked, they told me it was not a good hotel that it was frequently dirty and not in a good place. This representative told me it was in a good place and acted as if they knew the property. I have received a partial refund (and I will be pursuing the balance of that refund as well. This is fraudulent business practice and I am requesting a full refund. Thank you for your assistance. Please advise.
