Dec 04,2024The hotel site is a scam do not use. Site shows cheap rates but when you go to check out it’s a 40% mark up with all the fees they charge. I clicked on two days and it only showed 1 when I called the customer service to help they were charging me $60 more for the same room. Nothing they can do the rates simply went up and I couldn’t cancel because I had no cancellations. They would charge me same amount wether I went or not. I would NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE. Fool me once.

Dec 03,2024When we got to the Hotel we found that it was under renovations throughout the interior. There were 3 exits out of 5 in the room corridor areas that were blocked or locked and could not be used to exit the building. The halls were extremely dirty with construction debris. There was no continental breakfast available and in fact for 3 days we could not get coffee creamer for our coffee, because their order was delayed. I went to the front desk to complain and I was told that there was nothing that they could do because of the construction activities and that that is why they were only charging $75.00/ night. I told them that I was paying twice that for this reservation and they told me that it was because we booked through a web site and not direct with them. I'm paying over $600.00 plus $120 pet fee plus $50.00 for any damages for a 4 night stay. I will never stay there again obviously and will never book thru a web site. This was a terrible way to spend a Holiday time trying to visit our family. Also our key did not work in the exit at the end of the hall and I was told that it would not work for security reasons while the one exit that we could use had the door open 24 hrs a day, not even latched, just swinging in the breeze with construction debris on the floor by the exit door and outside on the sidewalk and with safety tape that was once across the doors laying on the sidewalk. What a dump. I feel that at the very least we should get the Room nightly fee discounted to the rate that the Hotel was charging at $75.00/night rather than the $150.00/night that we are being charged.

Dec 03,2024The staff was very polite, but the service was off. The rooms were not clean and the smell from the bathroom was terrible. The sofa bed was very stained, looked like you were in a bottom hotel. Call room service and asked for another mattress and beddings, the first night, but never received. Asked again the following night and did receive the bedding. The keys was always demagnetize. Did stay in the room very long, but when I did it just felt dirty. Didn't ask for another room because I was out until the late evening. Again the staff was very polite, but would not recommend the hotel AT ALL.

Dec 02,2024I can't give you an answer as I didn't even know I was booking with a planner as I really didn't need one and am not real sure why I got one. I was trying to book a room at a hotel that I have stayed there before and really didn't know I had to pay up front for a planner. I usually book with hotels directly or a place like booking com and there isn't a charge for that. It's ok and I don't want a to cancel at this time either. I booked with a different company last year and had to cancel because of snow and icy roads. All I can say I will be more careful next time I book a motel room.

Nov 29,2024Angelica was able to find a room for us after an emergency plumbing incident at our house. My husband is very sick, on oxygen, and many other medical equipment. She found us a suite. What an angel in our time of need. I am so appreciative of her help. She calmly found a solution for us at 5pm on Thanksgiving. God bless her.
