Nov 24,2024Tried to book 8 rooms - service chargers of £15 - it only booked 1 - with the same service chargers - help wants me to phone international to sort - so finished up booking the other 7 with another service charge - so paid double - support are a waste of time Update - got the reply below offering to help- guess what no reply when I emailed them so not just support that don’t help

When the first option we were going for did not meet our budget criteria, Mckevin continued to look into other options, taking into account our concerns and limitations, until we were able to complete the reservations for 2 rooms. Nov 22,2024Mario was very helpful on the phone. He was easy to understand and he understood everything I said and asked. He was also willing to double check all of the pricing to make sure I got the best rate for the room I wanted. And I especially love that he did a recap of the reservation so as to make sure it was correct. I also love the option to type in the credit card number on the phone instead of trying to read it over the phone. Thanks so much Mario! Clark T. Irving, Texas

Nov 20,2024Way overpriced for a 2 star hotel. Gave the impression when making reservations that I was talking directly with hotel, not a booking agency that then tacks on an additional $50+ reservation charge. Very deceptive.
