Nov 19,2024I was booked a hotel in the wrong state after repeating and articulating where I was staying! When this was brought to my attention, luckily ahead of time. I called back and had to spend another huge chunk of my work morning fixing your mistake. I was told I would get a call to talk about this and didn't. No repair or accountability was offered for your mistake. I work for a very large government organization, and I will be certain not to use this service in the future. I could have been put in a very unsafe situation and unnecessary stress and waste of time.

Nov 19,2024They found me a hotel for the night 16 miles I said from my location I agreed and took it when I tried to find it it was 1,600 miles away and will not refund my money they are a complete rip off will never use them again be careful don't fool with these folks

Nov 19,2024I was quoted a price on the phone I went through the whole reservation process with my credit card number and then at the end the price went up so I canceled. If you give somebody a price you can't change the price at the end of the transaction. I'm not happy

Nov 19,2024I originally had a two night stay with 2 queen beds. I changed two nights to one night with the same accommodation 2 queen beds. You guys "hotelplanner" only booked me for one king bed but still charged me the price of a two queen bed room. Horrible. Kids had to sleep on the floor. I will never use your service again. I also request the difference of the rooms be deposited back to my account.

Nov 18,2024You charged me $20 to make a reservation. I confirmed that I was speaking to staff at the actual hotel. They said they were at hotel and were not. I asked if there were any additional charges. Was told NO, and was charged without my consent. That is FRAUD!

Nov 18,2024Very hard to understand with his accent. He was also having a difficult time understanding what I was saying as well. I just ended up just reserving online even though I prefer to speak to a human to make reservations.

Nov 17,2024These people have no idea if the pool is heated or not they tell me the pool is heated and everytime it's freezing cold because it's indoor. The pool being indoor and freezing cold does not mean heated.

Nov 17,2024Unable to check in on Friday due to work schedule change. Gave few days notice but was not refunded money. Had to totally cancel reservations and make another one for same hotel. Not a good way to run a business.
