By far the worst! Thought I was booking with La Quinta directly. Come to find out our advertised $97 for one night non refundable came out to $183 AFTER checking out on website. $97 plus $14 refund protection plus $72 recovery fee and taxes? Will not refund after numerous attempts. STAY AWAY! SCAM! CHECK THE OTHER HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WHO GOT SCAMMED ALSO

I am STILL waiting for a response after numerous calls and emails regarding your misrepresentations and selling me a cancellation policy and not honoring it . I’ve been checking online for CEO’s of your business as well as BBB as it appears I will not get response /resolve from you Reply: your response is completely wrong! It appears in your automated response you did not even research this . You did not address the issue that I purchased the cancellation insurance and your company tried to not even honor that . Likewise I also co firmed with the hotel they were NEVER paid . I have text messages from your company stating they have refunded me but they have not . I’ve also reached out to your CEO who hasn’t even had the courtesy of acknowledging my request ! But have any of the managers .

We arrived at Sparks Hilton only to find out it was closed and under construction. We called your support team and spoke to John and found us another hotel at twice the price and said he would start a refund. We called your company again on the next day to speak to a manager and we were not allowed to speak to one and we did not get a call back either. We are no getting a receipt for our stay at a hotel we didn’t stay at. Since reading the reply from Hotel Planner I thought I’d update that our reservation was paid in full on June 1st through our credit card which I found unusual but I thought must be the case to get a cheaper rate.
The agent was courteous and concerned.
The website is very confusing without mentioning that a charge of $9.99 will be made for simple reservation online. I have always done booking through booking.Com and never paid any unwarranted charges. I doubt whether I will use your website again in future.
