Dec 22,2016I booked a room not realising it was only a standard room. I found a new room elsewhere for a deluxe double, including parking for the same price. When I cancelled the room this was simple and the refund was processed swiftly.

Dec 21,2016All the travel agencies have automatic booking system. In normal case there is no need to take other contacts. Only when there are problems, you must call or use e-mail. When I made my reservation, there were internet problems in my bank, that is why ono my bank account appered double sum covering reserve. Quick exchange of e-mails with HotelTravel Team assured me, that there is no danger of double payment. It was only, because of the automatic booking system makes reservation each time, when you give the card info. I believe, that this can be repaired at least in co-operation with Visa and other credit companies. Thanks to HotelTracel.com for good service.

Dec 19,2016I found the most inexpensive rate thus far so I am quite impressed even to know how the site contracts other agencies to find the lowest rate obtainable on the Web. Quite impressed but I haven't stayed in the hotel yet so we'll find out about that. My only concern is the hotel is unable to guarantee a room type - so it's up for grabs as to whether I will get a single king bed or two double/queen beds. Keep your fingers crossed it will be for the latter

Dec 19,2016Alle fine è andato tutto molto bene, ma non era iniziato così. Dopo aver fatto la prenotazione ed aver ricevuto il voucher, non ho avuto più nessuna conferma dell'effettivo booking della stanza sino a quando, alla terza telefonata all' Hotel, dopo tre giorni dalla mail e dal pagamento, la reception mi confermava il tutto. Nel frattempo avevo anche inviato una richiesta di informazioni via mail a Hotel Travel (sede centrale e filiale italiana) dalle quali ho ricevuto la risposta che la situazione rientrava nella normalità e che avrei ricevuto, per mia tranquillità, una comunicazione ufficiale via mail che la stanza era effettivamente prenotata (However, we will request internal hotel confirmation number with hotel and will email to update you once received their response. ; Abbiamo comunque richiesto al nostro agente locale di inoltrare il suo nominative e darci un numero di conferma interno del Park Hotel. L’aggiorneremo via email al più presto possibile..) Alla fine questa comunicazione non l'ho ricevuta, spero solamente perchè nel frattempo avevo contattato io direttamente l' Hotel. Comunque una mail in più non sarebbe stata sgradita. Tutto OK per il soggiorno all' Hotel che, anzi, ci ha offerto una stanza di livello superiore senza richiederci costi aggiuntivi.
