Booked my hotel with hoteltravel.com to Bintan Island. After booking, I googled and saw many bad reviews on hoteltravel.com. I became worried and skeptical over the bad reviews. I contacted customer service through online chat within 24 hours. I need to confirm the booking as many reviews said their booking did not go through with the hotel. I checked with the hotel too. Customer service ensured me my booking has been confirmed and they sent an email to the hotel to make sure I have received the confirmation from them directly. Good customer service.

I've never even been on your website, let alone booked a hotel, yet somehow you have my personal details and have taken money out of my account via pay pal! And you keep spamming me with emails! Very uncool 😡

BONJOUR Je suis très déçu de votre site . Car j'ai séjourne dans un hotel réservé sur votre site ou on annonce le prix de 54€ et que le lendemain vous débité 22€ de mon compte ???? En plus sans autorisation de ma part, car mes coordonnées sont bien personnel que je sache !!!! Pour ma part c'est de la publicité mensongères !!!!!!!

Hotel Travel has an easy booking process and offers low prices. Will post an update in the spring after my trip is complete, but so far have been satisfied with their service.
