Jan 10,2017I chose Hotel Travel, as they were cheaper tham other travel web sites. Although cheaper is not always best. After l booked, l was very sceptial that l had made the right decision. I ended up ring the hotel that l had booked through Hotel Travel, to make sure my booking had been received. They put my mind at rest as the booking had been received. So all is good. Thank you Hotel Travel, l will certainly use you again.

Jan 06,2017I looked - I booked! Confirmed within seconds. I read some bad reviews and got a little concerned. This was soon alleviated when I called the hotel and they confirmed there was indeed a booking in my name. One thing I would say is that there should be a European number to call - not some distant number in Malaysia - and I believe that would make customers feel a little more secure about using this website. Also replies to complaints about Hotel Travel online need to read less like 'War and Peace' and be more to the point. First experience and will most certainly use again!

Jan 05,2017Last September I was looking to find reservations at the Dolphin Resort at Disney World for New Years eve. This site was the only one that had rooms available for that time period. Went ahead and booked it. After reading the reviews for HotelTravel I became very nervous about whether we actually had a reservation or not. I had a live chat with them and they answered my every question and assured me my reservation was approved and the room was guarenteed. All was well and we had a great time at the resort and would book through HotelTravel again.

Jan 11,2017I was searching for a place to say using a comparison website which then led me to hoteltravel. I was able to book my accommodation for a great price with ease The only thing I would point out is that as my booking attracted an international currency conversion fee - this should be advised upfront as I was unaware. Not a big deal though.
