Dec 12,2016Pas très clair d'idée de la réservation "en attente" ou "confirmée" : - pas de mail de confirmation expressément confirmée . --> le stress de savoir si l'hôtel est bien confirmé ? Je verrais ce soir en arrivant . . .

Dec 12,2016Prima volta che uso questo sito. Premetto dicendo che la tariffa rispetto a siti simili era molto piu competitiva. Siccome ho dovuto cancellare la mia prenotazione, sono entrato nel sito e la funzione per cancellare era ben visibile nonostante il loro helpdesk in chat mi ha detto che non si poteva. Cliccando per cancellare sfiga ha voluto che il tempo massimo per cancellare era entro le 23.59 dell 11 dicembre (ora in cui sto scrivendo) ma peccato che doveva essere l'ora locale loro. Pazienza molto probabilmente non riavro' il rimborso ma se facessero come Booking.com dove viene evidenziato molto bene in fase di prenotazione se la tariffa sia cancellabile o meno a quest'ora non avrei avuto questi problemi.

Dec 12,2016Die angegebene und gebuchte Leistung (inklusive Frühstück) wurde auf dem Voucher ohne Früstück ausgewiesen. Das Callcenter sitzt im Ausland und mir wurde ausschließlich eine Umbuchung zu komplett anderen Konditionen (Preis deutlich höher bzw. kein Stornierungsrecht mehr) angeboten.

Dec 11,2016After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to book through Hoteltravel.com, but they easily had the best price. I booked my room, and then decided to upgrade. I called and got a real person fairly quickly and my first reservation was cancelled without issue. I then upgraded to the room I wanted. I called the actual hotel to verify, and they didn't have it. I called back hoteltravel.com (again got a person fairly quickly) and they said that they send over the reservations once the free cancellation period is over. That would be 3 days before my trip in June. I said that I wasn't comfortable with that. They said no problem, and they would send over my reservation right away. I checked with the hotel 2 days later and everything was booked and how it should be. I would book through hoteltravel.com again, but I didn't like having to call to get the reservation confirmed at the hotel. If it wasn't for that, I would have given 5 stars.
