Jan 04,2017No reservation found at hotel at all,i showed them the voutcher the hotel told its a fake.i was in a big mass cause of you..the hotel was fully booked and after waiting for 3 hours got a room from local agency and paid them in cash,,, Never deal with you again,

We were nervous using the website due to some other reviews, but we used a credit card that we trust and, I have to say, we got the best deal ever on our hotel! It was an easy smooth process.

Jan 03,2017After reading mixed reviews about other travelers' experiences, I had my concerns but the discount was very good. Their webpage was easy to use. Free cancelation and instant confirmation. After payment, I was able to download and print the hotel voucher. Two days afte booking online, I called the hotel directly and my room reservation was already in their system. Very happy with my purchase on hotel travel.com so far!

Jan 02,2017Trovo assurso dover pagare il doppio dell'importo speso qualora non ci si dovesse presentare in hotel. Capisco che se ci dovessero essere imprevisti da parte e non presentarmi in hotel voi tratteniate la spesa già sostenuta ma addirittura prelevare il doppio dalla carta mi sembra un'assurdità visto che gli imprevisti non li vorremmo nemmeno noi, oltre al danno la beffa insomma!

The price was very good for the quality of the hotel service. Poseidonia hotel: Gentle personnel, nice lobby and restaurants, tasty breakfast with adequate options, we were even upgraded to a sea view room Thanks to both the hotel and the hoteltravel

Jan 01,2017Hôtel réservé à Amsterdam pour le soir du réveillon : paiement PayPal confirmé, mail de confirmation reçu, voucher généré et édité... Bref tout est en ordre, il n'y a plus qu'à. Le 30/12 au soir, nous recevons un mail nous informant que notre réservation n'existe en fait pas, indépendamment bien sûr de leur volonté... Et forcément plus de dispo dans l'hôtel, bla-bla-bla... Mais on nous propose tout de même une chambre plus éloignée du centre... et 80€ plus cher. Bah voyons ! Problème : ledit hôtel est toujours ouvert à la réservation sur le site, mais beaucoup plus cher ! Résultat : un nouvel an à l'eau, et retour au bercail... En résumé, inacceptable. On ne nous y reprendra plus.

Jan 04,2017QUALCHE RALLENTAMENTO, MA LA PRENOTAZIONE E' ANDATA AVANTI NORMALMENTE. AL MOMENTO DEL PAGAMENTO CON CARTA, MI HA DATO ERRORE AL PRIMO TENTATIVO, MA POI RIPROVANDO E' ANDATO BENE, SENZA ALCUN PROBLEMA DI DOPPIO ADDEBITO. IL SITO SEMBRA MOLTO COMPLETO NELLA PARTE CHE RIGUARDA L'UTENTE.
