Dec 18,2016Pures Shoppingvergnügen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Hotel hat direkten Zugang zum Westend Shopping Center. Mit der M3 vom Busbahnhof Nepliget einfach zu erreichen. Das Hotel entspricht der Sternekategorie, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klimatisierte Zimmer mit freiem Blick und kostenlosen WLAN.

Dec 18,2016Die Buchung erfolgte schnell. Alle nötigen Informationen waren gut ersichtlich. Der Preis war natürlich im Vergleich unschlagbar. E-Mail Bestätigung über die Buchung kam sofort an.

Dec 18,2016I emailed HotelTravel.com to ask for the hotel's internal confirmation #. It has been difficult to get from them since they, don't submit guests names to the hotel until "2-3 days before the guest's arrival date".

Dec 18,2016This company is actually overseas and will offer you zero help if you so much as type one letter wrong on a booking. They are inflexible and other companies have rates that are as good or better and better corporate citizens.

Dec 18,2016I booked a hotel weekend and few hours after my booking something came up and I had to cancel. Everything was done very fast , no questions asked!! I eventually rebooked and I am very happy with their service.

Dec 18,2016Habe ein Zimmer für eine Nacht für bis zu 50 Euro für Berlin gesucht. Frühstück noch nicht mal erwartet. Hab beides bekommen. Zimmer mit Frühstück für 43 Euro. Keine Probleme, alles schon geregelt. Konnte prima anreisen und abreisen. Danke!

Dec 16,2016Etwas umständliche bzw. unübersichtliche Buchungsprozedur. Dadurch hatte ich anfangs eine Doppelbuchung (war zu ungeduldig) weil ich dachte die Erste wurde nicht erkannt. Emailbestätigung kam etwas später. Aber die Rückzahlung und Löschung hat dann geklappt. (Auch wenn bei Paypal das Geld erst nach 14 Tagen verfpgbar war, aber das ist Sache von Paypal. Musste später wegen Änderung eines Fluges eine Nacht in La Paz (Real Plaza Hotel) stornieren. Auch dies klappte oder Schwierigkeiten. Alles in allem war ich schlussendlich zufrieden.

Dec 19,2016The room is fine, however the TV did not work in ours. Having to stay overnight in a sterile room during a storm in a Tropical location is very torturous. Wi-Fi is not included in the room - you need to pay extra. The worst part: the staff turned off all the power (unannounced) and we just sat in the dark for 45 minutes, after going to the lobby to ask what was up - the two desk attendants giggled and said something about changing fuses. Like turning off the power was a "cute joke" they just smiled and offered minimal explanation with a "deal with it" attitude. Icing on the Cake: Our flight the next day as was at 9:45 PM, they called to ask is to check out at 10:00 AM sharp. The hotel was empty, rushing us out nearly 12 whole hrs before our flight leaves was absurd.
