Dec 08,2016Suite à une erreur de date de réservation, aucun moyen de contact: pas de réponse au mail, numéro de téléphone à l'étranger. Même si il s'agit d'une promotion cela n'est pas acceptable. Je ne reviendrai plus sur votre site et n'en ferai pas la publicité

Dec 08,2016Ich hatte mir erst Sorgen gemacht weil auf dem Gutschein schon drauf stand wenn es Probleme gibt soll ich Beim Veranstalter Anruf en und als da dann Thailand stand, hatte ich schon bedenken. Am Hotel jedoch gab es nur eine kleine Unstimmigkeit bei der Buchung das ließ sich aber Lösen und ich konnte auf mein Zimmer. Das Hotel war einfach TOP und ich war zufrieden.

Dec 08,2016Really skeptical with all the reviews that I've read about hotel travel since its super cheap than most but 3 days later i got a conformation email from hotel travel that they've contacted my hotel and its all confirmed, so just to verify i called the hotel itself and all my rooms were booked correctly. Pretty happy with the services so far. Honestly if you're skeptical about it i wouldn't worry too much about it.

Dec 07,2016I booked through Hotel Travel.com for a one night stay for my parents in Vegas as I was flying out that night and they aren't driving out until the next morning. When we got to the hotel, there were no records of my booking. I called Hoteltravel.com and told them the issue. They told me they would look into it, and then hung up on me. I called them back, and they hung up on me again. I called them a total of four times before they took my number and said they would call me back in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, called them, and they hung up on me again. I called them and yelled, saying that I have been hung up on multiple times, and that I am heading to the airport and they are making me miss my flight. I said that they either fix it in 5 minutes so that I can check in, or they cancel my reservation so I can book directly with the hotel. They said they will call me back, and hung up on me again. After another 30 minute wait, they called back and said, "Wait 5 minutes, and it will be ready." I waited another 20 minutes and it still doesn't show up in the system. The hotel's front desk's receptionist took pity on me and arranged for me to check my parents in (but I had to pay the resort fee, which was originally included in my booking price charged by Hoteltravel.com). So now I paid MORE than what I would have had to pay than if I booked at the hotel directly. Hoteltravel.com will not refund the double resort fee that I have to pay. I'm not even sure if they paid the hotel. They are in Thailand, and barely speak English (worse English than the customer support from the tech companies), and will hang up on you regularly. Do NOT book with them.

Dec 06,2016I had gone to tripadvisor,com to find a good hotel rate in New Orleans for a family trip (we used to live in NOLA). One of the "deals" was through Hoteltravel.com. I did a very quick glance at some reviews of hoteltravel.com and opted to go ahead and book that deal. Once I received the deal confirmation, I became Very Concerned that I had been ripped off because the voucher I was sent had the help desk phone number in Spain, and the customer service center phone number in Thailand. I had never gone through anything but companies based in the USA. However, I called the Avenue Plaza hotel the next morning and they were able to confirm my reservation had in fact been made. The hotel was actually a timeshare, so I'm guessing that hoteltravel buys unused timeshare weeks and tries to rent them out. It was a very nice hotel with great amenities, full kitchen, pool/spa, etc, and was very central to NOLA activities either downtown or uptown via streetcar or Uber. We had a great time overall! I'd do it all over again for sure.

Dec 06,2016I had to cancel my bank card to make sure they didn't get their money hotel was never booked hotel travel still got paid but I never received service. When I called cust service no one knows anything my booking confirmation that was in email was wrong but they still debited my bank acct for money. This company is a scam only cares about $ not the customers keep reading more reviews

Dec 05,20161st time using this site and was very easy and BY FAR THE BEST RATE. We have WYNDHAM TIME SHARE and we could not beat that rate being an owner. $72 / night for a place that is normally over $100 no matter what time of the year.
