Dec 02,2016Gd hotel and clean. Great service by staff. Very convenient location. Next to Batam Centre port and there is escalator to go to Mega Mall. Need not worry about crossing the road.

Dec 01,2016Our experience with Hotel Travel.com was not good. Yes, we got a low priced hotel room. The problem was, our travel company that we ended up booking through was in Taiwan. So if we had to change our reservation or anything, we had to call them in Tiawan. This would mean calling a different country. I don't have that option with my phone carrier. I would NOT have bought my hotel package from them had I known that I was getting a hotel from a company that was from overseas. Mainly because I could NOT change my reservation. It was a hassle. Because of the non disclosure of what travel company I was booking through... I will not be using HotelTravel.com again. A response to the reply I received from HotelTravel.com..... I was NEVER given the phone number for the US. NEVER. In the emails I received, I was ONLY given the Tiawan phone number. So don't bother telling me that I could have called a number within the USA. That was NEVER an option that I was given. So you've just cemented my NEVER USING YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN.

Dec 01,2016i booked a room, with a king size bed. A deluxe room; however, i end up getting a room where i got two beds. i was disappointed and since i booked my room 3 weeks in advanced.

Nov 30,2016Follow through, if you say something as simple as the name change is amended and you say it going to take 24 hours "Walk the Talk". makes me worried if I will have a problem checking in at the hotel at the time of the booking

Nov 30,2016Ho trovato questo sito per puro caso e sono stata molto contenta. Nell'albergo hanno preso subito la mia prenotazione senza alcun problema. Ho risparmiato parecchio in confronto al prezzo sul sito dell'albergo e altri siti. La mia stanza era eccellente anche se al prezzo inferiore. Consiglio questo sito a tutti.
