Dec 05,2016キャンセル規約が変更になったので予約の手配を保留しているとのメールをいただき、返信しましたが、その後にサイトで予約ステータスを確認したところ、「満室終了・キャンセル済」と表示されていました。 さらにサイトの表示を英語表示に切り替えてみたところ、ステータスが「返信待ち」のような表現になっていました。 英語対応のメールアドレスへ連絡し、最終的に予約は確定できましたが、それまではかなり混乱し、不安になりました。 日本語対応の終了時刻が午後７時となっているメールと午後８時となっているメールがあったように思います。 予約画面に進んで部屋を確保するまで金額が変動してしまうのは仕方がないのかもしれませんが、その金額が宿泊期間合計なのか１泊の金額なのかわかりにくいときがあります。どういう単位での金額なのか常に明記していただけると有難いです。 今回はイレギュラーな対応が入ったので上記のようなことに戸惑うことが多かったですが、使い勝手はまずまずよさそうです。 英語では24時間対応なのは助かりました。

Dec 04,2016Die Abwicklung lief wirklich schnell und unkompliziert. Verwirrend war, dass bei der Angebotsseite der Hotels von einem kostenlosemReiserücktritt bis zum Anreisetag die Rede ist und später nichts mehr davon zu lesen war. Außerdem ist verwirrend, dass im Falle der Inanspruchnahme des Kundenservices eine Telefonnummer in Thailand angerufen werden muss. Zwischendurch verunsichert das schon, aber eine Rückfrage beim Hotel in Deutschland ergab, dass alles gebucht und reserviert ist.

Dec 04,2016En la página de los hoteles, debería haber alguna opción para dejar comentarios al hotel seleccionado (tipo de camas, reserva de parquing), y no tener que ponerse en contacto con el hotel directamente.

Dec 04,2016Made a reservation with H.T, once it was paid and confirmed, I travel with my family to Miami, arrived to the hotel in SAturday and they didn´t received any noticed of my reserve. Had to wait several hours until someone attedended our complain. Bad experience, the first and last time with Hotel Travel; which is located in Bankok, so good luck if someone has to contact them as happened to me.

Dec 04,2016No me ha gustado nada que por un problema personal no pueda cancelar la reserva sin perder todo el dinero. Creo que unos gastos de anulación serian suficiente. No creo que vuelva a contratar con ustedes. Gracias por su respuesta. El Hotel me dice que no tienen ningún problema pero que deben solicitarselo ustedes.

Dec 03,2016Updating the rating to 3 as the customer service has been really prompt with the replies. Only if I had received the confirmation, would have rated it 5. Guess it is the way they operate that is creating the delays. This is the first time and maybe that's why these concerns for me. If it works this time, surely booking again from this site. (Initial rating 1) Booked the room for 31st december. On contacting the hotel for confirmation, they told there is no booking on the said date in my name. On contacting the customer service, i was told i will get confirmation within 48 hours. Still to get the confirmation. Hope I don't have to cancel my trip

Dec 03,2016フロントなどの対応は全く問題有りません。 ですが、室内の温度調節が細かくできず、私には、offにしても温かすぎました。乾燥もひどいので、加湿器を借りました。 それ以外に困った点はありません。

Dec 03,2016They had the best price, but, tried to modify my reservation (which it said I could do, I wasn't able to... it said to use the link to modify/change reservations, tried but couldn't on the site tried to get ahold of someone, wasn't able to do that either, had to cancel the reservation...

Dec 05,2016Stanza funzionale, arredata con ottimo gusto, letto divinamente comodo, bagno con tutto l'occorrente. Le finestre garantiscono un ottimo isolamento acustico, quindi anche la trafficatissima via Cristoforo Colombo non dà fastidio. Comodo il distributore bevande/snack al piano, piuttosto del frigo bar in stanza. Spazi e sale colazione/pranzo arredate con gusto, attenzione, originalità. Scelta per colazione molto ampia, dal dolce al salato. Facile da raggiungere in autobus da Roma Termini. Unica pecca il riscaldamento: non era possibile regolarlo e 25 gradi (era novembre) erano eccessivi.
