Nov 29,2016I cancelled a reservation, but had to do it via email. Wasn't able to do it instantaneously online. Regardless, it was done within a few hours and I got my refund, so I'm happy.

Nov 28,2016We used HotelTravel to book a hotel that we stayed at last year in Hungary. We are very familiar with the hotel and through this website we got the hotel for more than half what we paid last year! Needless to say but we are thrilled to have found the particular hotel we were looking for and to find it so inexpensive means we can rent a car while we are there!

Nov 28,2016L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme, à 300 mètres des commerces. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner est formidable. Un grand parking public est situé juste en face de l'hôtel, forfait de 24€ pour 2 jours de stationnement. Une salle de sport est mise à disposition, avec en plus un sauna et un hammam. Emplacement idéal pour faire les boutiques ou visiter les monuments. Je le recommande.

Nov 28,2016La prenotazione non ha presentato particolari problemi, addebito immediato e conferma e voucher arrivati subito, prezzo leggermente migliore di quello del sito ufficiale dell'albergo. Considero tuttavia una limitazione il fatto che, per policy di HotelTravel, all'hotel non venga comunicato il nominativo del cliente subito, specialmente in caso di pagamento anticipato del totale dovuto. Personalmente, avrei bisogno di essere assistita dall'albergo in merito a esigenze accessorie (es. ristoranti che richiedono prenotazione telefonica, spedizione di merce in albergo a mio nome),cosa che non posso fare se a loro non risulta ancora la mia prenotazione. Mi rivolgerò ad HotelTravel per questo, riservandomi comunque di esprimere un giudizio definitivo in un secondo momento.

Nov 28,2016I book, a hotel stay in san francisco, i tried to caceled in less than 24 hrs period because somthing else came up, they said i can't cancel it, howevee the advertisment says that is free cancelation, but they do not say that because of the rate they cannot cancel it, later on I saw another website for the same hotel, less expensive, and people that help you better.

Nov 27,2016Trotz anfänglicher Skepsis (Sitz in Thailand) bin ich positiv überrascht. Der Internetauftritt ist vorbildhaft bei günstigen Preisen. Zu erwähnen ist auch die problemlose Abwicklung vor Ort.
