Nov 27,2016Ich finde die selben Zimmer immer wieder auf anderen Portalen die aber teurer sind. Die Reservierung ist unkompliziert uns schnell erledigt. Weiterempfehlung garantiert!

Nov 26,2016Der Empfang arbeitet schnell, professionell und typisch asiatisch freundlich. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und im 7. Stock eine Kaffeebar. Das Hotel ist modern und bis auf die Fugen in der Dusche sauber. Checkout nach 10.00 Uhr morgens ist kein Problem. Die Minibar mit Wasser, Kaffee und Tee ist inklusive. Soweit also alles top und eine klare Empfehlung. 😆 Leider befindet sich das Haus mitten im Nachtleben. Direkt am Haus ist eine Bar und eine Disco. Wer vor 2.30 Uhr schlafen will, braucht Nerven aus Stahl oder ist total kaputt.

Nov 26,2016Das einzige was mich etwas verblüffte war der "Bestätigungs" Telefonanruf einige Minuten nachdem ich gebucht hatte. Es war mitten in der Nacht und der Anruf kam anscheinend aus Indien!!

Nov 25,2016Ich war bei dem ungwöhnlich günstigen Preis erst skeptisch, ob es sich um einen seriösen Anbieter handelt, aber ich kann bestätigen: Alles seriös, keine Probleme. Preis deutlich unter der Konkurenz und dann noch Frühstück inklusive... Gerne wieder.

Nov 25,2016La primera impresion cuando llegué al hotel..parecia fantasma..ni carros habian en el estacionamiento..mientras caminaba al lobby..fui cambiando de opinion..amplios pasillos,parecia un castillo..me atendieron cortesmente y cuando llegamos al cuarto quedamos enamorados de la habitacion..limpio..comodo..barato y buena vista.Volveria nuevamente!

Nov 25,2016I booked for my first time with this company and needed to make an upgrade shortly after I booked. Well I tried their online chat CS method, after getting an "all agents busy " message for over an hour I then tried emailing their highly rated CS directly. 24 hours later still no CS, in the hotel now without the upgrades and definitely not going to use them again.
