Nov 18,2016Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt in Nagano (Japan) gebucht und zwar früh da die Auslastung der Hotels in dieser Region im Herbst sehr hoch ist und eine Stornierung (eigentlich Rückerstattung wie später gemerkt) gemäss AGBs möglich war. Wir haben uns dann etwas mehr Zeit für die detaillierte Planung unseres Aufenthaltes genommen und somit später einen Unterbruch von 3 Tagen geplant um weitere Gegenden zu erkunden. Inzwischen haben wir feststellen müssen dass uns Hoteltravel den Gesamtbetrag der Buchung belastet und uns einen Voucher per eMail geschickt hatte den wir im Hotel vorweisen sollten. Eine Stornierung der Buchung war entweder telefonisch nach Thailand oder per eMail in Aussicht gestellt. Wir haben dann angenommen dass die Unterbrechung der Buchung (2 Wochen nach Ankunft im Hotel) auch vor Ort möglich sein sollte was falsch war. Somit haben wir ein eMail geschickt welches nicht beantwortet wurde. Wir haben dann angeläutet (nach Thailand!) wo uns auf english geantwortet wurde. Obschon wir 10 Tage vor der Unterbrechung angerufen haben, wurde uns per eMail negativ geantwortet und zwar erst 9 Tage nach unserem Anruf, also 1 Tag vor der Unterbrechung. Die 3 Tage wurden somit nicht rückerstattet. Nie mehr mit Hoteltravel. Die AGB sagen "100% Rückerstattung", der volle Betrag wird im voraus belastet, bei Änderungen sieht es dann schlecht aus, keine Antwort oder dann nicht wie erwartet.

Nov 18,2016Ich hatte keine Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter. Ich habe ein sehr günstiges Hotel in Prag gebucht. Da ich dem Preis nicht getraut habe, habe ich mich per E-Mail erneut an Hotel Travel gewendet. Man hat sich schnell und unkompliziert meiner Anfrage gewidmet und mir die Hotelbuchung bestätigt. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Prag und ein super günstiges u tolles Hotel. Kann diesen Anbieter nur weiterempfehlen!!

Nov 17,2016The hotel I selected stated that a card was used to create the reservation but would not be charged until my stay. This site went ahead and charged my card now when I do not even have the reservation until a month from now! This was a big selling point on the hotel I picked and it was turned around by this 3rd party group. I have no plans to use this site again as they do not do what they claim. Go use someone else!

Nov 17,2016A la hora de reservar, pagar y demás es sencillo y rápido, igual que en la inmensa mayoría de las páginas de búsqueda de hoteles. El problema está a la hora de llamar a atención al cliente para intentar resolver cualquier incidencia. El teléfono que te facilitan es de Tailandia. Inaceptable que no tengan atención al cliente en España. Nunca volveré a reservar con esta página

Nov 17,2016Buon servizio, sarebbe meglio anche includere le spese accessorie aggiunte dagli albergatori che rispetto al costo della prenotazione incidono per quasi un 20% in più

Los he contratado por primera vez y solo tengo palabras de elogio para con ustedes, contrate el hotel Hilton de Naples y ustedes siempre me mantuvieron al tanto de la reserva pese a que en Naples era feriado largo ustedes lograron lo que no lograron otros. Nov 18,2016Ho prenotato un hote con Hoteltravel ad un prezzo veramente inferiore rispetto ad altri siti. Unico dubbio è che mi hanno addebitato subito l'intero importo pur avendo scelto l'opzione con cancellazione gratuita, Di solito in questi casi bloccano in opzione la cifra senza però addebitarla, per cui in caso debba cancellare la prenotazione spero di non incorrere in problemi. Però ho ricevuto subito il voucher, la conferma del pagamento e i dati di accesso alla mia prenotazione dove c'è la possibilità di modificare, cancellare o contattare il servizio clienti. Inoltre si può pagare anche tramite Paypal. Spero che HotelTravel sia una garanzia
