Nov 20,2016Hotel staff were polite and friendly. The room is over due for a refurbishment as all is a little tired and out dated. Would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom and a window that could be opened as the room smelled a little musty. All in all not bad for the cost.

Nov 19,2016Buona sera, ho prenotato e subito dopo disdetto l'hotel prenotato sul sito perchè il pagamento è andato subito all'incasso, praticamente erano stati subito tolti i soldi dalla post pay piu' di un mese prima. Nonostante abbia disdetto gratuitamente subito la prenotazione, dop tre giorni i soldi non sono ancora tornati nella mia post pay, rendedo cosi' difficoltoso altre opportunita' di prenotare con i soldi che vi erano all'interno della post pay. Questa è la mia esperinza.

Nov 19,2016Ho avuto necessità di modificare la prenotazione dopo pochissime ore (4/5) dalla prenotazione stessa e comunque nella stessa giornata. Ho avuto difficoltà con il sistema che non consentiva di cambiare la data finale della prenotazione. Dopo aver risolto il problema tramite mail, sempre entro la stessa giornata, mi dicono che il riaccredito della differenza potrà avvenire tra 2/3 settimane.

Nov 19,2016Nessun problema, tempi di risposta rapidi, sistema di pagamento molto sicuro. Sito prenotazioni al livello dei migliori. Qui ho trovato offerte che negli altri motori di ricerca non erano menzionati.

Nov 19,2016Got a great price - but prior to booking, it showed that breakfast was included in the rate. When I booked and got my voucher, it said breakfast was NOT included. Was disappointed. Still got a pretty good rate, but it would have been nice to have accurate information at time of booking.

Nov 18,2016Positive: Wifi speed and location. Negative: Room cleaning and general cleaning would be done once in seven days which needs to be changed. Towels would be changed, and on request only. They didn't tell that these are standards in apartment hotel, when we did check-in. Breakfast was very basic.
