First time booking through HotelTravel- I had a change and it wasa handled quickly and efficiently. I would use them again!

Loved how easy it was being able to find the hotel i wanted an making my reservation an getting an instant confirmation number....the one down fall was i couldn't find the exact room i wanted..but like i said it was fast easy an simple...will definitely try this next time i make reservations...

Not sure that I like having to call a foreign country if I have a problem with my reservations, hopefully I don't have any.

Sheets had hair and were dirty. The sink was clogged. Thank god there was two beds. Didn't have other option's at midnight after a long day. Would not recommend if you like quality.

I never received an email confirmation for my December 22-27 2016 hotel reservation at the Ramada Belize City Princess but my credit card has already been charged. I have phoned Ramada directly to confirm my reservation but there was none on record. Received confirmation from HotelTravel and advised that Ramada reservation will be updated.

I've used a few websites to book interstate and international travel - this time it was the latter. This site had the best price but a couple of little glitches meant it wasn't a seamless experience.

HotelTravel is a great website with just one exception. All aspects of the site do not work in the UK. If you click on a hotel name for more information it just hangs and will not connect. If you already know the hotel and want to book it then that part of it works perfectly okay. I have used HotelTravel a few times and they are a trustworthy company with good prices. The only downside is the website which needs some attention.

E' la prima volta che prenoto con HotelTravel, rispetto agli altri siti quello che non mi piace è: 1. Poca chiarezza sui dettagli dell'hotel e della prenotazione; 2. Prendono subito l'intero importo della prenotazione, sarebbe meglio verificare la disponibilità sulla carta e ritirare l'importo a pochi giorni dal soggiorno. 3. Eventuale rimborso in 2/3 settimane. Quello che mi piace: 1. Voucher della prenotazione; 2. Prezzi del 30% in meno; 3. Presenza in loco di un rappresentante per eventuali problemi con la prenotazione (speriamo di non doverlo contattare).
