Nov 15,2016I found your staff to be quick to respond to enquiries. I would like additional booking information at the time of booking. ie: type of room, King or dble bed etc. Other than that we were quite satisfied.

Nov 15,2016Primero me fue imposible hacer la reserva a mi nombre puesto que el servidor lo leía en ingles y mis apellidos en español y claro o uno o otro la hice a nombre de mi marido.por otro lado hice la reserva para q me descontarán el dinero cuando llegase al hotel y.. Cual es mi sorpresa que hoy martes me descuentan de mi cuenta el importe( la reserva fue hecha el sábado para el día 26)así que ustedes juzguen.gracias aun estoy esperando la ayuda solicitada para poder hacer la reserva ami nombre que supuestamente se pondrían en contactó con migo el lunes

Nov 15,2016Super Preis. Ich hatte einen Tag vorher gebucht. Bei Ankunft war der Betrag wohl noch nicht bestätigt, deshalb musste ich eine Sicherheit durch Reservierung eines Betrags von 80 Euro auf meiner Kreditkarte hinterlassen. Hatte ich so noch nie, auch bei Buchungen von einer Stunde vorher. Allerdings erhielt ich den Betrag ohne Probleme zurückgebucht, Hotline von HotelTravel scheint in Spanien oder Asien zu sitzen, auch eher ein negativer Punkt. Aber alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.

Nov 15,2016Am Anfang eher skeptisch, weil das Kundenbüro in Thailand stationiert ist, aber aufgrund der guten Bewertungen dann doch gebucht. Angefangen von der Buchung, der sofort eine Bestätigung folgte sowie der nachfolgende Hotelvoucher mit allen notwendigen Daten bis zur einwandfreien Reservierung im Hotel, hat alles perfekt geklappt! Und das zu einem wirklich guten Preis! Würde ich wieder buchen! Ob der Kundenservice in Thailand oder Spanien dann reibungslos geklappt hätte, kann ich allerdings nicht sagen; den haben wir zum Glück nicht gebraucht!

Nov 15,2016Rapidez y eficiencia. Sencillo y fácil para buscar, elegir y concretar. Ayuda la forma de visualizar las características del alojamiento. Pude conseguir el hotel q quería y q en otras páginas no estaba disponible.la única dificultad q tuve es q me confundí con la fecha de check in , dado q viajaba desde Bs as a Tokio y me confundí con el horario de llegada. Quise modificar la fecha de mi reserva pero no supe cómo... Mande Mail al hotel pero me contestaron q debería hacerlo con uds. Pero me fue imposible porque estaba ya en viaje (vuelo de más de 24 Hs) . Lamento haber perdido una noche de alojamiento, por no haberlo podido solucionar. Pero eso fue error mío, nada tiene q ver con la excelencia de uds. Ahora veré cuando llegue al hotel si las características del hotel y habitacion corresponden a los q me ofrecieron en hotel travel. Muchas gracias

Nov 14,2016The website process was quick and easy. I was linked to HotelTravel.com through Trivago. They had the best price for the hotel by $10/night. The purchase process was very simple, quick and easy. HotelTravel.com provided a voucher to take to the hotel, but I didn't need it. The hotel had everything in the system and was ready when we arrived. I called the hotel 2 days after I booked, to make a special request. They already had my reservation in the system and ready to go. My experience was simple, easy, painless and without problems. The only negative experience I had, is that hoteltravel.com is out of Spain or some other foreign country. At no time was this disclosed to me before purchasing. As a result, my credit card company charged me a foreign transaction fee for money exchange. In this case it wasn't more than the difference between the next lowest site, but could have been. In addition, if I had any issues, the customer service # is a foreign number as well. So no domestic support for this company. It is for these reasons, and specifically that it wasn't disclosed in advance that I cannot give 5 stars. Aside from that, the experience was more than accceptable.

Nov 14,2016I booked a hotel in Germany via TripAdvisor. HotelTravel.com had the last available room. The booking process was very easy - I received the confirmation immediately. I also called the Customer Service team to ask for the hotel confirmation number - just in case. They raised a query and responded within 24 hours. There was no issue when I checked in the hotel. My only recommendation would be to provide more customer service numbers for the key countries. On the website there are 3 numbers - for US, UK and the general starting with +66. Not everyone can afford to have international calls for simple queries.

Nov 14,2016Lt.Hotelrezeption war Buchung nicht einwandfrei erkennbar (Personenanzahl im gebuchten Zimmer). Rezeption löste Fragen jedoch komplikationslos und sofort... Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen! Wir werden wahrscheinlich bei Bedarf gerne wiederkommen!!! Top-Adresse für Kurztrip!
