Oct 16,2016No room description on HotelTravel. have to call the hotel to confirm room. When request for King size bed at site, it's no longer available. Too much work, have to go throught so much trouble just to find out what i get for what I paid.

Oct 16,2016i booked 2 rooms for the same night. You reserved one room for 2 nights. I had to get phone number for website from hotel as the contact numbers on confirmation would not work. I phoned twice and you still didn't get it right...you reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights at the hotel. Will NEVER use this site again.

Oct 16,2016At 8 a.m. on day of "booking" I called the Hotel and they said they had no reservation for me or your confirmation #. I then walked over from the Hotel we had spent the night and spoke with them and gave all kinds of information to help them find. They said they would look into and notify me when they found it also let me know they where fully booked and so was the Hotel we spent the the previous night in. We never got into Pagoda Hotel Hilo and wasted until 3: p.m. check time hoping it would arrive. I have used you before and was Happy but after this I will looking at my other travel book option's. Of course after you look into this You will reverse my Am/Ex payment to you. Thank You. Richard

Oct 16,2016Very disappointed I wanted to cancel my accommodation because my child was taken into emergency surgery and they would not give me a refund or anything :/ I gave them plenty of notice called as soon as I had a chance and was spoken to very poorly!

Oct 15,2016I got the best price through hotel travel site. The only remark I have is on the room selection. Not all the possibilities appeared on the site. For example, selection between double bed and twin bed wasn't possible which left me no option but to contact the resort directly and ask for my preferred option (and hope to get it which I did). This hassle could have been saved if only the site had the selection.
