急な出張や急に思い立った旅行、いずれも急なことが多いのですがいつも便利に利用しています。 同様の複数のサービスと併用で利用しています。 選択肢の多さ、スピード、コストパフォーマンス・・・、正直、国内に関しては他のサービスを利用することが多いですが、国外に関しては圧倒的にこちらを利用してます。 海外のホテル選びならこちらをお勧めします。

Die Hotelsuche ging relativ schnell und die Buchung war einfach. Schade nur, dass es vom Hotel keine Bestätigung gab und dass man den Voucher ausdrucken muss, statt ihn einfach online zu präsentieren.

On December 28th, I reduced by one day's lodging the reservation below and was given an excuse on Jan 7 that the refund was delayed by the holidays, and that the 189.10 USD credit is 'processing'. It is still not removed from my credit card charges a week later. Please follow up and I will gladly change my 1 star rating. I booked a hotel room in San Francisco through this site because it was the cheapest rate available. I was in a hurry so I didn't research the site before I booked. Later I did a little research and there were a lot of terrible reviews about the service not actually booking rooms in time etc., so I was really nervous that my hotel room wouldn't actually be booked. I called the hotel a couple of times to ensure that I did have a room so it all worked out. The reason I will not use this site again is because if you need to make any changes to your reservations, there is only a phone number in Asia to call. Um, no. I'm not calling Asia from the US for a hotel reservation I made for in the US and online. If I book online, I should be able to make changes or cancel online, not call another country!

Más barato que booking.com pero aún tiene que mejorar la información de los hoteles (lo escogí porque era la opción más económica de liligo.es). Me he ahorrado un 20% aproximadamente sobre booking.com pero indicaba cancelación gratis y me lo han cobrado al momento. A tener en cuenta al realizar la reserva que se debe de escribir tu nombre en formato inglés: primero el apellido/s y luego el nombre. Yo me equivoqué y tuve que contactar con ellos por chat pero lo resolvieron al momento ;)

Ho prenotato un hotel a 5 stelle ad un prezzo inferiore rispetto ad altri siti riservando una camera vista mare che su altri siti non mi dava disponibile. Prezzo inferiore anche al sito dell'Hotel. Ero un po' perplessa ma la prenotazione c'era e anche la mia camera vista mare!

ホテルにチェックインをしたのですが、名前がなかったようでかなりフロントの方が苦戦されていました。何とか部屋の準備が出来て通されたのですが部屋は埃が落ちている、バスルームには髪の毛。がっかりでした。

i would like to give a minus star to this site if i could get any option for the same and the reason is i felt that i have been cheated by this site as it has taken the payment without rendering service as the hotel Drive inn Dhanolti we have booked by this site via online payment said they have no booking and not allowed us to check inn.They said they have not got any confirmation regarding my booking so i want the party at default to be punished as well as my refund as we were not rendered any service for which we have been charged for. I want you to take strict actions against them for all the inconvenience we faced or i will seek next option to go consumer forum.Wil be Waiting for you reply. Thank you
