The staff and management have been really excellent with regards to replacing a new car which had a fault from the very start (no fault of the garage whatsoever). The car (a French DS DS3) was delivered with a software fault that they tried numerous times to solve. It resulted in a national recall as the software was not fully compliant with UK law. They allowed the return of the car after a couple of months usage at very little cost to us and ordered a new replacement which was absolutely perfect. They even gave us a loan car (brand new) for almost 2 months whilst awaiting delivery of the new vehicle. Mike, Rob, Brad and other staff were really excellent. Great quality service. Thank you.

Purchased a brand new car from WSM Huyundai. The salesman was superb. Only 2500 miles later i has a "drive to clear exhaust filter light" come on. At this point the customer service dissapeared. I was told i would have to wait 3 weeks for the car to come in and that i could not have a courtesy car. After complaining suddenly i received a call to say bring the car in 7 days later and that there would be a courtesy car for me. On arrival i was told that there was not a courtesy car and that i would need to wait 2 hours for the car to be looked at then book in again for the nwork to be carried out, After 1.5 hours no one had been near my car let alone look at it. I then took the car away and went to a competitor who immediately put the car in the garage, and rectified the problem in 20 minutes. Software update. Even though i was going to buy a 2024 model as explained to the salesman, i will not be using them again but take my business to a company who have not lost sight of who the customer is. After sales service is dusgusting. Cannot ot will not recommend this company. Following discussions with the garage and area manager, who both made apologies which were accepted. They have now made offer of rectifying the problem which again has been accepted. At this point i would say following the complaint they have bent over backwards to keep a customer happy and as such i have changed the rating

Just bought my first car from Howards Honda Weston. Could not get to Weston myself for a few reasons. Thanks for all your help Damon Hayzen. Things could not have been done better. Have a good Xmas.

This is our 3rd Car now from Howards Peugeot WSM. We always get great service from them. There were a few little hiccups this time round, but nothing that they didnt sort for me. Elisha was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend Howards Peugeot WSM

Just booked our next Motability car from Howards MG Weston super Mare and was blown away by how helpful Stephen Newham was. He really listened and understood what we needed and explained everything thoroughly, nothing was too much trouble. The ordering process was very easy and Steve was not pushy at all. Overall a great experience and looking forward to our new car.

I took my Honda Civic 2015 to Howards in Weston for a service and M.O.T. They told me that I needed new front pads since they were 100% worn and would fail the M.O.T. I found this odd, since the front pads were renewed around 8 months previously. I reluctantly agreed to this and paid £150 extra. They also wanted to charge me an absolutely extortionate amount for fitting new front disks, but did not say that they actually needed replacing. I measured the width of these with a micrometer later and found that they were well within specification. To add to this, after I got home I found that all systems were set to inconvenient factory defaults, all phone data had been erased, and the courtesy lights did not work properly. I wonder whether they actually completed their diagnostic tests, because they rang me up later that afternoon to ask whether they could send someone to retrieve their USB diagnostic tool which they had left plugged into my car! NOTE: After Howards had read this review, they rang me up and offered to collect my car and re-run the diagnostic tests. This has ameliorated me somewhat, and just shows the effect of Trustpilot's website! I did not take them up on their offer because I do not have the time. I can live without a courtesy light and the minor inconvenience of a factory reset.

I have been helped today by Andy Fassnidge via email and by Damon Hayzen on the phone and I have been super impressed with their service. I had asked for help from 2 other local dealerships (other manufacturers) over the last few days and was promised call backs but no one ever called. Damon particularly went out of his way to find me a solution and has been shown real duty of care and personal service. Great job guys.

Fantastic customer service! Ben worked on my car quickly and thoroughly while I waited. He kept me informed of progress and gave me clear information on how he solved the issues. I highly recommend Howards Motor Group! There is also a nice waiting area 😃

Had a very good experience our disabled man in the one in weston called Ed was one of the best in the business. Very polite went 1 step more to giving our experience with our new car the very best love ya Ed.

The cars are great but sadly the after service isn’t. Leave messages, no one calls back. Speak to someone to report an issue and promised a call back - nothing. When you call back agajn it’s weeks until they can actually get the car in for service. Like I said the cars are great but if only the service at Taunton matched this it would be perfect but sadly they seem to have an attitude of they just don’t care. On my last visit I had a courtesy car that was so dirty inside I had to ask them to clean it and was told by a member of staff it wasn’t their problem - agajn the same old do not care attitude. On my previous car it go towed in by the AA and the dash cam showed it didn’t leave the garage. Howard’s called to say it had been Road tested and no fault found. Are they too big now that they just don’t care. If you give feedback agajn they just don’t care.

We were looking to change our car and in August we paid a visit to their Taunton branch to view the new citroen c5 the chap who we saw was Jack who was so helpful and patient with us in fact we actually ordered the car . We then collected the vehicle on 6th November 2023 and again Jack was so helpful and did all he could to help us understand the technology in the car. Must admit all the staff were Friendly, Thanks Jack ( he is now in their Howard's VAUXHALL sales team next door to the Howards Citroen Taunton go and buy your new car from Jack

Millie was amazing. So helpful as I was completely new to buying a car/ finance options/ millie broke everhthing down into simple terms I could understand and helped every step of the way. I wouldn’t have felt so at ease and happy during the process without millie. Thank you x
