I have just part exchanged my C3 for a new 2024 one - and the experience was fantastic - in contrast to the usual Citroen garage that I used in the past the team were absolutely on it, kept in touch with me exactly when they said they would, provided all the information in a timely way, and answered all my questions. It was an extremely quick and efficient service and I love my new car. A big thank you to Jamie and Ashley who helped me through the process!

As far as I know the service was done correctly however, the locking wheelnut key was left on the passenger seat, the boot carpet was left in the air because the case for the wheelnut key was not put back correctly, but the worst thing for me was the valet! the car went in cleaner than after the service to just pressure wash the car without drying it is very poor. I will use the company again but will insist that nobody cleans the car and I will inspect before I leave the premises. Chris Knight

First time buying a car from here, and it was a great experience! Jack Clare was such a big help, he explained everything and made sure that I understood every step of the process. The people here were very thorough in making sure that the car I was buying was of the best quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a car.

Howards have serviced my Peugeot Boxer lwb motorhome since 2016 when purchased. I have to say how happy I’ve been with the service provided during that time and especially the very competitive fixed pricing. The Manager Lynn and her staff were all smartly dressed and welcoming to us when we visited to part exchange our car for a newer one......we dealt with Steve who was professional at all times, but also friendly and efficient, from my initial phone call to delivery of the car to my home address. We are delighted with the car which was well presented to us and would highly recommend this company...gold stars all round!!

We were wanting to exchange our 2008 Peugeot for a new car. Elliot and Kieran were very helpful in offering us a car that had been used for demonstrations. It met our needs very well. But Kieren and Elliot were having difficulty getting the keys for the car from Peugeot UK. They did all that they could to get the keys delivered to Dorchester, but they were not successful for nearly 2 months. They shared our frustration, until the keys finally arrived. They quickly prepared the car for exchange today. We appreciated all their efforts, and it was a job well done. Thank you Jim and Marion Perriss

I cannot complain about the quality of the work done, they seem to be rather good in that regard. But they are the slowest dealership I have ever had to visit for services. They took hours, 3 to be precise, to get my EV serviced and mot and when I eventually left the place, a horrible knocking due to a massive screw in my offside rear tyre too. Probably picked the damn thing up coming into the dealership, it looks a lot like the sort of screw that holds a splash guard in place and that noise was not there when I was on route to the premises. Car is now off the road for two days, very annoying. Not their fault but still irritating after such a long wait. They must book several appointments at the same time then keep people waiting around for hours though because it really should not take 3 hours to MOT and service an EV. I hope I never have to go there again because frankly taking the best part of 4 hours to get an EV service and MOT, including travel time is just excessive.

Charlie and Harvey were amazing! Really friendly and gave me loads of information about the cars I’ve been looking for. Really knowledgeable and would highly recommend talking to either of those two for information about buying a car or financing a car. They make it very hard to not purchase a car from Honda

Just purchased a new HR-V from Honda Taunton. The salesmen who dealt with myself and wife were brilliant and there is no doubt in that I bought a Honda because of them. Very professional in selling also technical . I am thrilled with the car and hope the after sales and service team will be as good as there salesman

Had appointment for 11april. For clutch repair car was not roadworthy I had my brother with a serious heart operation on Monday in the queen Elizabeth birmingham a week before the car was due to be fixed the technician and staff georgie and co worker bent over backwards and got my car in the next day a week earlier to sort out the problem so I could get too the hospital I praise all the staff for their compation in pulling together for my car Nissan pulsar to be back on the road safely so that I could get to see my brother amazing crew well done to all the staff at weston supermare Nissan quality service
