I have to be honest and say I was a little disappointed with a couple of the aspects of the Customer Service I received. However I discussed my concerns with Josh (Service Manager) and my concerns were listened to and I have been assured they are understood and will be acted on. We bought a used Hyundai Kona EV with low mileage. Jack found the right car for our needs and didn’t push us into buying a new car. As it was second hand there were a few bits missing such as the parcel shelf. We were kept informed of the situation and Jack even dropped off the locking wheel nut on his way home. The car is a Hyundai promise car so we now have a 5 year warranty which gives us peace of mind. The service we received was excellent.
I purchased my car nearly two months ago, I received amazing service from John in the sales team, I then had an issue with the car and the warranty didn’t cover the repairs, I called the dealership who went out of their way again to help me resolve the issues and get the repairs sorted out for me, I wanted to say a huge thankyou and I will definitely be spreading the word
Would definetly recommend these dealers as jack and Damon were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to find the perfect car to suit us.,with affordable payments to suit us. Would definetly use these again when needing a new car.

Great service from Marcos at Howards Peugeot Weston-super-Mare. We were looking for a Peugeot 3008 and Marcos was really helpful in helping us choose a car that we were happy with. Having had a problem with another garage in the same group who were unable to solve a problem or offer any help or advice despite us being good customers I emailed Howard’s and John replied. He was so polite and helpful and went out of his way to reassure us and solved the problem immediately, he is certainly very knowledgable, he predicted the problem without seeing or knowing the car! He phoned when he said he would and kept us informed of progress throughout the day. He has restored our faith and although some distance from us we will be using this branch from now on. Can not praise highly enough.
Well what can I say. After having had bad luck with cars in the past, I was a bit worried about buying a car again. However, Howard’s Suzuki had the exact car I wanted and the reviews were good so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did as my experience with them was nothing but top notch. Elisha looked after me from start to finish and went more than above and beyond to make the process smooth and seamless. There was no pushy sales and she kept in regular contact, did all the legwork for finance, paperwork in the background and really pulled out all the stops to get me the best deal and actually make sure I was happy with everything. When I got to the showroom everyone including the manager was warm, welcoming and I couldn’t be more happier with the car. Thank you again Elisha for being an absolute superstar.
