Howards Kia in Taunton. If you are considering a new Kia and local to Taunton, head down to Howards Kia on Priorswood Road and ask for Maurice. I knew I wanted an SUV type vehicle, but to be honest, I had no idea what I was looking for. Before signing on the dotted line, I visited Howards Kia several times and each time, Maurice was the one who acknowledged my presence and asked if I needed any assistance. I was making the move from Petrol to hybrid and also manual to automatic, so it was reassuring that Maurice was there to help me understand the functions and abilities of the car types. He treated me with patience and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. There was no hard sell, no pressure and this worked perfectly for me. He listened to my needs and wants and helped me choose a car which really was made for me. He even chose the colour for me (I gave him free choice). I was sent an email with a video after ordering, to remind me of what I had ordered. I was signed up for Kia email updates, so I was kept up to date with the progress of my vehicle and Maurice called me to arrange the all important payment and collection info. I have had the car for 24 hours now and I am thrilled with it. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you very much Howards Kia and in particular the fabulous Maurice.

Our salesman Jack was exceedingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He ensured that our chosen vehicles (both Hyundai i10's) were a good fit for us and met our needs. We will certainly be returning here when it's time to replace our cars. Marvellous!

Really helpful and friendly service at Howards Yeovil Shane in the service department and Nigel the technician deserve a big thank you for sorting out the issues with our tyres and patient explanation. Definitely deserve 5 stars!

I’ve been dealing with Howard’s in Weston-Super-Mare for many years, excellent sales and service team. They are helpful and friendly and make the process of buying a car almost stress free. My most recent dealings have been with Matt, he’s professional but relatable and goes out of his way to help and support customers.

Well what an experience I had with Howard’s Peugeot Weston super mare, I thought they had forgotten me when my service was booked in? But John the manager stepped in and sorted out in no time? he was there talking good care of me and my car, I highly recommend Peugeot Weston super mare. Thanks Gary Silverthorne.

We use the Yeovil branch as it is the closest to us and recommended by Hyundai. Our experience, for both my husband and me, has been poor. They don’t seem to communicate consistently or provide accurate information about your service. On one occasion we had a slow release puncture and visited them twice to report it. They dismissed us as imagining it. Found another, independent garage who diagnosed it first time so returned to Howards for the repair. I don’t know where the liability would sit if there had been an accident or some incident as a result of their misdiagnosis but it is worrying. I have written reviews in the past that haven’t been complimentary and they contact you and apologise profusely and offer to do something to make up for it if we will modify the review. I admit I have done this for money off the bill but the consistently poor and negligent approach makes me unwilling to do that any more. The final straw is that they appear to have mislaid personal documents and ID they requested from me. Their casual attitude towards customers’ safety and security is a real concern.

The salesman Bradley Bailey at Howards Citroen Taunton really is a fantastic salesman went through everything thoroughly and efficiently and kept me updated regularly so I had nothing to worried about ,very smooth purchase and very happy with the car thankyou very much

Charlie moved heaven and earth to make us feel welcome and cater for our every request. When we wanted to order a car he scoured the country and found the exact spec in stock and sorted out the deal. Highly recommended.

Having just bought a used X-Trail from a local Car Lot, I went to my nearest Wessex Garage with a list of questions about Servicing and Warranties. Their response was unhelpful and incompetent. So the day after I tried my luck at Howards, where Georgia in the Service Dept was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. For some questions regarding my Towing Equipment she passed me over to Kieran in the Parts Dept who was also excellent. It was such a refreshing change to the shoddy service I had encountered at their competitors a day earlier. Though slightly further from my home this garage has got my business.

After looking for a replacement for my BMW X3 I bought a Nissan Qasquai from Howards having looked at other manufacturers products they sell. Lorenzo was helpful from the outset. Knowledgeable about many different manufacturers and very well informed about the Nissan range. Helpful observations about finance options and a good demonstration of the car. When Lorenzo was not available all colleagues were helpful. I would have preferred a solo test drive (I did not ask for one) but that was a minor point. Would definitely recommend Howards.

I had to sell my Ignis because of sight problems and after trolling through the various we buy any car advertisements I contacted the dealership direct. I discussed my sale with one of the sales staff, Tony. He was very polite and offered constructive. I visited the showroom on 28th May and was given a warm welcome by Tony. He was forthright during our discussion without being patronising. I was happy to sell my precious Ignis and Tony arranged for the money to be paid into my account the same day.
