Nov 16,2024For anyone considering utilising the services of an estate agent in Northampton, I would highly recommend David Clarke and the H&H team (not forgetting Jamie, now working in the Daventry office). David is very knowledgeable of and experienced in the local property market and this proved invaluable in recent times. I found the team to be professional in all their dealings with me, and there was always a warm and friendly welcome when visiting the office or telephoning in. The staff were highly spoken of by everyone I met during viewings, which I think is of equal importance when looking for someone to represent you in the sale of your house.

Nov 13,2024Howkins and Harrison Towcester. A long way to go in our sale but thought I'd write up a short review, about our experience with Howkins & Harrison, so far. Our time line was short, and we needed a quick change of agents. Karen and her team were super speedy to react and we were on the market within a few days. Service was great and the brochure and photo's were outstanding. Fast forward to viewings and Amy's ability to sell. Whilst my wife has dealt with most of the contact between H&H and ourselves, my understanding is Amy has been awesome and has a real knack of making potential buyers feel welcome. Fingers crossed it all goes well from here!

She takes the hassle out of looking after our property and is always there to help if we need help & advice. On the few occasions over the years that we have had tenants move on then Lisa and her team quickly finds us new and good tenants. The checking of the tenants and care of our property gives us great confidence.
