Oct 15,2024Regrettably have left the property due to personal circumstances. Throughout the whole process Lisa at Atherstone branch has been AMAZING! From that first call/ email to say I would be leaving, to check out she has been so helpful, speedy reference for new landlord. Answered all my questions quickly. I am going to a new estate agents and they have been so unhelpful, from references to collecting my keys they were just lax and took their time to answer emails. I was truly grateful for Lisa who took a weight of my shoulders whilst moving but made everyone else seem unprofessional. I would 100% recommend buyers/ sellers/ landlords and tenants to trust H&H with your property 😊 Forever grateful!

Oct 12,2024If I could have given them zero stars I would have. I viewed a property close to me so I knew the area well and what the market was for properties. After the viewing, I rang H&H to ask some questions about the property and was told there was nobody available to answer my questions, but that someone would ring me back. So I told the person I was speaking to that I was a buy to let landlord and that I was a cash buyer. Most times you cannot get estate agents off the phone but when nobody had contacted me by the middle of the next day I chased the estate agent - a first for me. I was passed to someone who asked me what my questions were......fortunately I was able to remember them and, to be fair the person I was speaking to was able to answer them to my satisfaction. So I made an offer and was just told that the figure would not be passed to the vendor. Then silence. So I made another offer and was told this would be passed to the vendor. IF YOU ARE A BUYER OR BUY TO LET LANDLORD USE ANOTHER ESTATE AGENT IF YOU CAN!!!!!

Oct 04,2024I am in the process of purchasing a property that Howkins and Harrison had up for sale. I cannot speaking highly enough of one member of staff that has gone above and beyond for me to get this sale completed. After being off for two weeks she came back and I called her at 9-15 on the morning of her return by lunchtime she had the answers that I had been waiting for over a month for my solicitor to get!! She literally set too until she got the answers. She also helped to sort the completion date as again the solicitor was getting no where! She was constantly in contact with me to keep me updated. I highly recommend the excellent work that Angie did for me and she is truly a valuable asset to Howkins and Harrison’s.

Oct 21,2024Lisa Swinnerton at H&H looks after several rental properties which we own. She is responsible for finding the prospective tenants and the six monthly property inspections. After our "initial meeting" and getting to know her I have found Lisa exceptional, she gets on with the job, finds the clients, gets the properties inspected, sends the bills and brings a bit of humour to the job when we need it!
