Its been dealt with by Mark Glenn for 7 years now and I cannot recommend this bloke enough. From the initial contact to managing the tenants and all the drama that manifests itself, He's dealt with it way above my expectations. I've had to deal with multiple agents over the years and have always loathed the experience. Mark and H&H team are so easy to work with. Any queries or issues are answered or resolved with the upmost efficiency. Please give him a pay rise!

Aug 26,2024I've used Howkins and Harrison 3 times now, twice when purchasing and once when selling. Throughout all of those transactions, David and Jamie in Northampton have been completely fair and proactive in chasing things up. None of them at the branch exhibit any of the stereotypical estate agent vibes, which is what made me go with them above all else when selling. I had a few agents to value and one of them tried to push me into signing with pretty underhand tactics. Jamie just came for a chat, explained how he would do things and was upfront with what was good and bad about the house, and anything that could cheap and easily be remedied. Throughout the selling process, my buyers have had some things they wanted changing, or the agreed price altering - Jamie and David were brilliant at being fair and sitting in the middle, ensuring it was as fair as possible on both sides. Most people you talk to (including me with most other agents!) come out of the house purchase/sale process feeling like the estate agents have done very little for their comission, but with Howkins and Harrison I always feel they have earned it, and the deal wouldn't have happened anywhere near as easily without them. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using them again the next time I come to sell.
