You often find out how good a company is in how they put things right when something goes wrong. I contacted customer service about an issue I had with an 18month old Hypervolt. It needed a replacement part and this was posted same day and received the next. The customer rep phoned to check I had received the item and that it fixed the issue. Couldn’t be better service, excellent support.
My Hypervolt Home Pro 3 EV charger had disconnected itself from the internet and and would not respond to Bluetooth connection requests. An email to Hypervolt support was responded to with a comprehensive answer in under the hour. They gave me two solutions of which the first one worked. Now I can communicate with the charger again.

Emailed Support regarding being unable to connect to unit. Support (Temi) responded very quickly with instructions on how to re-establish connection. Once done I checked with Temi whether firmware was upto date, it wasn’t so firmware update was actioned. Excellent service from Support.

When encountering a network connection and scheduling issue with my Hypervolt tethered home charger, the technical support staff responded swiftly and talked me through troubleshooting efforts to restore full functionality. Very impressed with their subject knowledge and patience in dealing with this aftersales issue.
I recently purchased a charger for my new Audi e-tron from this company and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The website was super easy to navigate, with detailed information about the product and the installation requirements. The next day, I received a phone call and the installer contacted me on the same day to complete the survey for the installation. That night, I received an accurate quote that met all my requirements. The price was reasonable, and from there, all I had to do was click a button to accept and things started moving smoothly. The installer called to agree on an installation date and arrived on time. The installation process took just over 3 hours. Afterward, the installer explained everything thoroughly and helped me set up the app to control the charger. The next day, I received the invoice and was able to pay securely by bank transfer or credit card. All my warranty and installation certificates confirming correct installation to the required standards were issued promptly. A few days later, I took delivery of my new Audi e-tron. I plugged it in, and it charged straight away with no issues. With such a great experience so far, I am looking forward to seamless and hassle-free home charging. Highly recommend!

Aug 09,2024I contacted Hypervolt and other EV charger companies with an enquiry about replacing my EV charger as the one that came with my house was not compatible with OVO’s charge anytime plan. Apart from not only being the first to respond, Stefano at Hypervolt and their installation partner were the only ones who assisted me with a lower installation fee since the infrastructure was already there. Every other brand was quoting me for a new install despite making it clear that it wasn’t. The Home Pro 3 is a fantastic looking product and the app is very intuitive.
