Sep 03,2024Had a number of problems with my hypervolt charger working intermittently. After a number of tests over a couple of months period, including national grid attending the property, hypervolt replaced the charger. Throughout the process hypervolt were easy to deal with and contactable and followed up with me to update me on next steps.

Sep 03,2024I was going away and the night before my unit stopped working. Contacted Hypervolt who were very responsive In trying to rectify the problem over the system with both software updates and running through restarting, but all failed so I agreed to leave it, and sort once I returned. Upon returning I contacted the support team who arranged for an engineer to call. Arranged a time and it was sorted the same morning.. The team were excellent in sorting out the issues, which I was very pleased about.

Sep 03,2024It’s a refreshing change to find someone actually doing customer service to this level. My charger broke and they replaced it and sent an engineer to install it. I rang them when it stopped working and they answered in seconds and the following day they had installed a patch on the charger to see if it would make it work as it happened it didn’t and they replaced the unit. You can’t ask for more.

Sep 05,2024Due to a power outage in my area, everything went down, however when power was restored, things had to be reset, eg tv, broadband,etc. my car charger was offline, sent an email to tech, within 24 hours I received a reply, taking me through a process to restore connection to my broadband.
