Yeah pretty smooth start to finish, all installed and very easy to adopt the unit on handover. I was a bit worried my wifi signal wouldn't be strong enough as it was only 1-2 bars on my phone but it connected first time which is half the battle. Had one or two queries and Stefano did a great job sorting me out, cheers!

Excellent product and service. Ordered on a Wednesday, delivered on a Friday and installed on the Monday. The whole process was seamless and the installer provided did a great job. The app is good and very user friendly. Thoroughly recommend Hypervolt

Fantastic customer service and support!!! Highly recommended! Re-Installation of our charger after our house move 13 months ago and it decided to go offline (WiFi settings haven’t changed!) . Immediate help and support Using WhatsApp resolved the issue (s) and we also got a firmware update!!! 5***** service thank you so much Ayan!!! A true a super🌟!!

Customer service is very helpful and the engineer who came to visit my house to fix the charger was very friendly and helpful. Also fixed the problem and sorted issues with hardware.

Have had a Hypervolt charger for 2 years without any issues although communication error with charger arose recently. Online help was good although unable to resolve issue initially but their patience eventually paid off. Spoke directly to customer support who double checked everything to ensure I was satisfied that issue was resolved. Great customer support.

I have had my Hyper volt Home 2 charger for three years. During this time I have had no problem with it until three days ago when i noticed that the charging rate was limited to only 6A. I contacted Hypervolt by WhatsApp and gave them the details of the charger. The go back to me by telephone very quickly telling me that it deemed that the charger was set to "Eco" mode. On checking my App I found that this was the case and set it back to "Boost" mode again. This fault was entirely self inflicted, but perhaps the App could be modified to highlight the current operating mode more clearly. First class service by Hypervolt.

I couldn’t adopt my new charger and when I contacted the support team they sorted me out with a quick and easy fix. Excellent service. My only niggle would be why this was not in the trouble shooting chapter of the user manual. Otherwise the service Adam gave was excellent.
