We have had our Hypervolt fitted recently. Service from the installers was excellent. the Home pro3 is excellent in looks and functions really well with easy to use app.
I've been using the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro for the last 2 weeks and very happy with the charger & app. Easy to use & now with extra energey tariff links future proof it. For the ordering & purchasing process this can be improved. The initial local installer picked by Hypervolt never made contact with myself. This delayed the while process by a week - once i raised the issue with Hypervolt a new installer was chosen, including Hypervolt following up with me to ensure i was happy with the process. Just note the local installer is not Hypervolts fault & I raised my concerns with the installer.
The electrician arrived on time after numerous text messages keeping me up to date of his movements. He was very efficient during the upgrade which included fitting the new hypervolt 3 pro. There was no mess and he carried out the installation in a remarkably short space of time. He explained the colour sequence of the new charger and left the manual with me. Later that afternoon I received an email from hypervolt with a link to initiate the charger which took around two minutes. The new app is very slick and is very easy to use even if you are not that good with that type of thing. Once we set the car up on the octopus app the whole connection was complete. The hypervolt charger is one of the best chargers out there, it looks fantastic and it just works which can’t be said for most things these days. I would highly recommend the charger and the staff and customer service is second to none.

Superb - communication from start to completion absolutely brilliant Installer arrived early on the day and neatly, tidy instal hiding all the required cables in trunking - great choice on cable lengths perfect for my drive - app easy to activate and user friendly too! Perfect charger for my new car - Big thumbs up from me - oh and I do love Party light mode forget all the sensible points this is just a great fun feature xx thanks

I had my Hypervolt charger installed last month by a skilled technician who was very helpful in understanding where abouts I wanted the charger. The whole process was straight forward. The Hypervolt phone app is pretty easy to operate the charger and schedule charging in whichever time period suits me which is usually off peak hours from midnight to 5am
I've recently upgraded from the original Hypervolt 2.0 to the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro charger, primarily to benefit from its latest integration with the Octopus Energy tariffs. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the upgrade process which Hypervolt's installation partners were responsible for. The worst of which was the engineer leaving behind the disconnected 2.0 unit for me to keep, as I'd requested, but somehow misplacing/forgetting the screws that are essential to securing the cover to the main body of the unit. Special thanks go to Nidhi in Hypervolt customer service. She communicated with me throughout the upgrade process and eventually managed to source and dispatch a set of replacement screws in double quick time. And this is in spite of the fact Hypervolt no longer manufactures the 2.0 unit, making these particular screws difficult to get hold of. As a Hypervolt customer of almost three years I can vouch for both the reliability of the Hypervolt charger and the excellent customer service in particular. They have been nothing but brilliant whenever I've had to contact them.
Stefano gave absolutely brilliant service. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about Hypevolt products and helped me choose the right one with a brilliant installer.

The latest charge of this fitted to replace my earlier version. It was done efficiently By Mohammed, who was very pleasant to deal with. My experience of Customer Service from Hypervolt has been good and efficient with good support by telephone and email. I would certainly recommend them for their chargers.

I recently had an issue with my home charger and reached out to the Hypervolt team for support. After some troubleshooting, we weren’t able to resolve the issue remotely, so they promptly arranged to send me a new device. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. The team was responsive, professional, and quick to take action.
My Hypervolt EV charger developed a fault in that the app could not get the charger online. Hypervolt's tech support worked at the problem for several weeks - thanks Temi - and finally diagnosed that a new motherboard was required. They organised this to be fitted by the original installer - Charged EV - without fuss or a charge even though my unit was out of warranty. The Hypervolt team talked the Charged EV technician through the replacement politely and very successfully. My Hypervolt is now up and running flawlessly. It is an excellent product and the teams of customer support and Tech support are amongst the best I have ever come across. 5 stars all round!
I have upgraded my V2.0 charger to a V3.0. I'm very happy with the Hypervolt chargers and app. Only issue was with connecting new charger to my app, but contacting Technical Services got this sorted quickly )the installing company still had the charger assigned to them rather than the customer).
Very helpful helpline. Quickly resolved the problem
