Jun 28,2024Bought the Home Pro 3 on Amazon, got it shipped to my Irish address. Sturdy construction, seems well made and has proper load management which was a key reason to purchase. Straight forward for electrician to install, which was completed last week. Nice to see that the app will soon allow local location and currency settings. The cable holder is well thought out and keeps the contact points weatherproofed when not in use. I'm looking forward to many years of trouble free use!

Jun 28,2024I purchased a Home 3 Pro charger directly from Hypervolt with installation included. The communication from the outside was absolutely excellent and the installation through their partnered company was incredibly prompt with zero hassle. I could not recommend them enough to deal with!

Jun 27,2024I have had a Hypervolt EV charger for more than two years now. It did develop a fault but Hypervolt arranged and had installed a replacement within a week without any fuss. Customer service has always been easy to get hold of, understanding and efficient. I have recently upgraded from a V2 to V3 charger where all of the above applied. I would recommend this company and there products every time.

Jun 27,2024Can't fault the customer service or the engineer who installed it. I had an initial teething issue connecting the app, but it only took one phone call, and the same engineer came out of his way on the same day to fix it on his way home from another job.

Jun 26,2024I have had a Hypervolt 2.0 for nearly 2 years and it has proved very reliable and easy to operate from the app. Recently I upgraded to v3. The change over was seemless and I’m now looking forward to moving to a smart tariff with my energy provider.

Jun 26,2024In short, everything with the install was excellent, and all is still excellent with the charger. The local installer was great - good communication, very efficient, the work was as expected on the quote, with no surprises. The charger itself is easy to use, plenty of features, and I can see the potential with future updates should they come. Very glad I went ahead with Hypervolt.

Jun 26,2024Companies can only truly be reviewed when things go wrong. While not ideal that a problem occurred with my charger, these things do happen. Hypervolt arranged the engineer to come out and fix it, were helpful and easy to deal with and I’m back up and running inside a week. Many thanks.

Jun 25,2024Having been a happy customer for a couple of years, I took the opportunity to upgrade my home charger at a discounted rate to V3. This will allow me to use the charger with the latest energy tariffs and take advantage of a new solar panel installation. The new version seems to be operating more efficiently over wifi and the installation handled by Hypervolt was painless, so all looks promising.

Jun 25,2024I was recommended Hypervolt by a colleague - and being not up-to-speed with the world of home charging, I took his advice as I was looking for a 'one shop install' which Hypervolt provide. From day one the staff at Hypervolt walked me through the selection process and were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Clearly, they understand the sector and they are very confident in their product. My charger, with a ten metre cable, was fitted by one of their local accredited installers who were also very professional, neat and fast. In use, I'm impressed by the charger: they clearly have a strong design and engineering ethos at the heart of their business. The charger is compact, easy on the eye and packed with features which engage the user. The app works well and my entry into the BEV world could not have been smoother.

Jun 24,2024A short review to say how impressed I have been with ordering and install of my Hypervolt, ev home charger. I would not hesitate in recommending Hypervolt for an ev charger install. It was easy to apply, pay and arrange an install date/time. The chap from Impra Charge came - time as promised, was very polite, knowledgeable and did a very neat installation. He gave a great overview and recommendation of the product. Very pleased and a great customer experience. Thank you Hypervolt and for the impressive Impra Charge installation.

Jun 29,2024Had the hypervolt charger for nearly two years now with no issues at all and bet impressed. Opened APP yesterday morning to change my tariff details only to get an unknown error message. Quick online chat to discuss issue and raise a ticket. Checked back in the afternoon and issue resolved and able to change my tariff details. Excellent service and very professional.
