Nov 27,2024Customer Service is amazing. I suffered an issue on my EV charger where the unit would not connect to the servers and hence would not charge. Adam and his team organised a replacement unit to be fitted in just over a week. (It might have been faster but there was an issue with the original installer) All up and running again now. Thanks!

Nov 27,2024After a lot of research I decided on the Hypervolt Pro 3. Not disappointed, great looking EV charger. Was great to be able to spec the colour and cable length as needed as a some other charges only have a 5m cable. Great app functionality, being able to control as needed. Would def recommend.

I've been asked the same questions over and over been told the instillation company will be out to sort it out and still nothing. All the time I'm spending a fortune on commercial charging. And still no answer on their phone or watts app AVIOD

Nov 23,2024Went for Hypervolt as wanted WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities. All correspondence was excellent and kept us informed all the way . Fitted by one of there registered fitting company’s for our area . The charger and App interface are brilliant easy and informative . Absolutely no regrets and fully recommended.

Nov 23,2024Purchased hypervolt EV charger because it had very good reviews,and was made in the uk . I was let down when Hypervolt was supposed to put me in touch with one of there fitters ,but that never happened so I had to organise my own fitter which cost £200. The charger is working very well now .

I was one of their very first customers, purchasing the Hypervolt 2.0 when it was initially launched. The customer service has been flawless from day one - hands down some of the best support I’ve ever experienced. The team is always there to help, and their dedication to resolving issues is commendable. Admittedly, my Hypervolt 2.0 did cause issues right from the start. However, I chose to persevere rather than complain endlessly because I understand that problems can sometimes stem from the product itself rather than the manufacturer. Hypervolt consistently documented my concerns, and their transparency and willingness to help reassured me throughout the process. Fast forward to the release of their latest model, the Hypervolt 3.0 Home Pro, and the team went above and beyond by offering to swap out my old unit. This gesture finally ended the challenges I’d faced over the past three years. It’s true - good things come to those who wait! I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional service, especially from Adam Senoga, who went the extra mile to ensure my experience ended on a positive note. The new Hypervolt 3.0 Home Pro is a game-changer - advanced, stable, and a massive upgrade from the 2.0. I couldn’t be happier with its performance and reliability. Nov 21,2024The product is great, the company are great. Stefano really went out of his way to help me with any questions I had. The install was simple, and everything works as it should. Solar inclusion is brilliant for me...especially as you can just select solar only, which means you're not topping the charge up with expensive electric daytime tariffs. Recommend to everyone!!

Nov 20,2024After a lot of research I decided the hypervolt would do for me. They put me in touch with Severn Sparks Ltd, who completed the install, which was excellent. The only issue I had was WiFi was not strong enough so i moved an extender into the garage, which solved that issue. I am on OIG so don’t really use features in the app, but so far everything works as expected. I received follow up calls from Hypervolt before and after installation to see how things were going. Happy to recommend this product.

Nov 15,2024Customer service was brilliant, their third-party installers were incredibly helpful and made every effort to make the process perfect - wanted Ethernet to the charger and they could have done it quickly by drilling the shortest possible route, but they spent an extra 30 minutes to run the cable out of sight in the house and through the wall to the charger and it looks and works brilliantly. Entirely happy with the result and the way the Hypervolt 3.0 pro works.
