Dec 30,2024Charger was not connecting to the App. I contacted Support with my serial number and screen shot of my unit test results and was given a swift and easy to follow response. Ultimately, it was as simple as turning off the unit at the RCD, leaving for 30 seconds and turning it back on.....the tried and tested IT 101 solution. Absolutely not faulting it as I'd not experienced this problem before. Now I know should it happen again.

Dec 27,2024My electrician suggested fitting a Hypervolt Home Pro 3 for my new electric car. Good decision. Recommend both charger and excellent Hypervolt service. Contacted Temi after initial problem with the power lead. In Christmas week she organised a replacement on the Monday, shipped it Tuesday, delivered Wednesday morning and electrician successfully fitted new lead later same day. Result!

Dec 25,2024After much research and shenanigans I spoke to Akbar in the tech department. Akbar blew me away with his tech knowledge around the pro 3. I was worried about the wifi connectivity for the pro 3. Akbar was very knowledgeable around wifi, mesh systems, wifi plug boosters and fibre broadband. Usually this sort of info goes over my head. Akbar explained my options slow time and walked me through the tech side of the product. I could feel the energy ( pun intended ) from Akbar when he spoke about the product. He defoo sounds sounds as tho he is invested in this company with pride and confidence. Akbar has swung it for me, so I've ordered the 10m pro 3 I was quoted a higher price direct with Hyper so opted to go with Octopus energy.

Dec 23,2024I installed the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro. The unit can charge up my car without problem, but the charger doesn't light on itself. Use WhatsApp chat with customer service, Temidayo response to me. He suggested me to check the unit again, and found the loose connection of the LED plug. Thank you for their quick response and professional suggestion. My family has very great experience to use the Hypervolt charger so far.

Dec 19,2024After some research I have decided to install an Hypervolt charger. Communication was fast and efficient, from answering my questions to put me through one of their qualified installers. I particularly liked that you can speak with them through whatsapp rather than having to call. The installer (Elecology) were amazing too with prompt replies and a neat job was done. It's only been a week but everything is working as it should. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend them. Also, it's probably the prettiest charger on the market.

Dec 19,2024After looking into EV chargers for some time, I went with the hypervolt due to its sleek, smart and neat design. Reviews also stated the app was really easy to use and plenty of research suggested hypervolt was a great choice. Had mine installed last week and its a smart looking unit with neon lights an added bonus. The app is easy to use, set charge schedules and review usage and costs. Approved installer arrived on time, professional and polite during install and cleaned up after the work. He also supported with settings on the app and showed me how to use it. Would 100% recommend hypervolt. No complainta so far. 5*

Dec 17,2024After a difficult problem manifested itself and prevented the charger working, Hypervolt were contacted directly and sorted everything out by assigning a reputable installer rather than the original Impracharge installer who was far from competent or helpfulness. Particular thanks go out to Akbar who provided an excellent service.

Dec 14,2024I had an original Hypervolt installed a couple of years ago that developed a fault. Made enquiry on a Saturday evening and got an instant response from Sebastian who got it back online and working but he could see there was another issue. He arranged to have the unit replaced without a second thought and passed it across to Temi to manage who kept in contact and provided regular updates along the way. Hypervolt was changed yesterday by HAS Electrical who also provided a super service and all is working perfectly with the new Hypervolt 3 Pro. Highly recommend this company for its excellent Customer Service.

Dec 30,2024My new Hypervolt Home Pro 3 was showing off line. Contacted support and got immediate response confirming my system was off line and to turn off / on RCD. Fixed problem and confirmed by tech support. Very quick response from Hypervolt. 👍
