Install was perfect. Had a minor issue when changing account details causing a bug where the charger refused to connect to the app, but the support was extremely helpful and quick. Everything was back up and running within a matter of minutes of contacting them.

I have a problem with my wife and decided to have fiber in I have to reset some of my stuff hypervolt charger for one I went online to reset the charger but it didn't connect so I phoned hypervolt and they were great and they had my charger back online thank goodness 😅 I give you a pat on the back thanks
I have had an issue with connecting to my Hypervolt EV charger and app. This was after I changed my router. The Customer Service provided by Temi Shomorin was excellent. I was given a step by step guide to resolve the issue. I had a few problems thereafter, which Temi helped to resolve. Thank you.
I've been more than satisfied with my EV charger since it was installed in January 24. I recently changed my broadband provider and so it fell offline, which meant I couldn't use the app, although the charger itself continued to function as normal. A quick call to Hypervolt Customer Service - no queue, which was a real bonus - where a very helpful lady who, unlike many service centre operatives, was really easy to hear and understand, talked me through the process and within a few minutes all was resolved. Great service!

I got my Hypervolt installed on the 26th October 2024. The installer was really professional and something you don’t get these days, very personable. Great installation. As for the unit itself, it’s just fantastic, I can lock and unlock using my phone and not only does it give me progress on my charge but it also lets me know what my house electricity useage is, simply amazing. Then today (1/11/2924) Stefano from Hypervolt called to check everything was ok and the unit is working. In truth I would rate these guys much higher than five stars if I could. Great work Hypervolt and thank you.
Excellent customer service. I have been very impressed by the response from Hypervolt on each occasion that I have been in contact. I'm also very pleased with the Pro 3 EV charger itself. It looks good and works well. And finally, the app is intuitive and provides all the functionality that I need.

I was having major issues trying to get a Hypervolt charger installed via my energy supplier, so I contacted HyperVolt themselves. Also my energy suppliers website seemed to divert all calls for assistance direct to Hypervolt and you get 3 years warranty from Hypervolt but only one year via the energy supplier. I spoke with Stefano from Hypervolt who quickly identified a local qualified installer, 247ev and was easily able to answer any questions. A date for installation was agreed and it was plain sailing from then. I have contacted Hypervolt post installation to help me understand the software integration with my energy supplier. Great service and helpful advice post sales. I would be very happy to recommend Hypervolt and 247ev to anyone in Cumbria.
I had a non-standard installation due to my supply is faraway from my drive. Installer spent time listening to my requirements and explaining options to install the unit. Installer carried out the work as requested. Good follow up support throughout. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Nov 15,2024I recently had a new network and password and my electric car charger would not connect. I spoke to Ayan at Hypervolt who was so helpful and because we couldn't solve it between us she contacted the installers. They took a while to respond but she kept us informed and updated and followed up after their visit. A great service which is not often the case these days, thank you
