Oct 24,2024To start with I selected hypervolt due to its abilities to harness solar energy. During the time I had a choice between zappy or hypervolt. I still feel I chose the right one. Their customer care is amazing and yes there have been some teething issues, but that would be there for every new charger during the time, however they were all dealt with in the next hour or so. This device gets updated over the air and often gets some cool light features depending on the season. I had accidentally got the internet cable cut and was expecting a big bill and a lot of delays but to my surprise although I complained on a Saturday it was fixed by Monday afternoon. The app is simple and very user friendly. I can recommend this product to anyone.

Oct 23,2024Great service from HyperVolt. Very professional and responded very quickly to every email. Install was perfect - EVElec were very professional and did a great job. Hid the cables away as requested and the unit connected flawlessly to the wifi. Really happy with it - especially the LED light show :-)

Oct 19,2024Had an issue with my charger showing offline, did a test via the app, it took me to a whatsapp chat after a test failed, connected almost instantly to an advisor called Temidayo who quickly talked me through how to reconnect. Great customer service.

Oct 17,2024My charger was installed yesterday. Was up and running within 15 mins of installation. Only draw back was hypervolts recommended installers were not will to run the ev cable inside the house under the floorboards . They wanted to run the cable around the outside walls covering a 20m distance to the intended charger location . Had to find my own installer who did the install the way I wanted it done. The cost was £100 higher but well worth it

Oct 16,2024I had my charger for 1 month and a half now. It appeared to have gone offline when I came back from holiday. Fantastic after sales/ customer service. Had my charger back online. Very quick response. Very pleased. I Highly recommend Hypervolt.

Oct 16,2024I had my Hypervolt Home Pro 3 installed yesterday, with Elecology being the installer. Installation went fine, and engineer doing an excellent job efficiently and neat and tidy. I was shown the app and how it works and got everything up and running quickly and without any issues. Plugged the car in and charging works flawlessly so far.

Oct 15,2024I went with hypervolt after a recommendation from my garage. I am currently using the British Gas EV tariff and also have solar panels. My charger was fitted yesterday and I have quickly got to grips with the app and managed to charge overnight with no issues. So all good so far! Customer service has been good so far and Joe, who installed the charger, was very pleasant to work with and talked me through the app before leaving so that I knew what I was up to.

Oct 14,2024I needed a EV car charger installing. After quite a bit of research I opted for the Hypervolt Home Pro 3. We had it installed on 10th Oct. Our energy supplier is Octopus so I was of course keen to switch to the Octopus Intelligent Go which has only just become available with the Hypervolt Home Pro 3. The issue I had was that the charger didn't have latest firmware on it (not that I expected it to at all). I'd heard that Hypervolt's customer service was good which was part of the reason i selected their charger so thought I'd put that to the test and see how good. On 11th October I reached out to them to see if they could manually push out a firmware update. I wasn't expecting much, thought I would get something back saying it will be included in the next batch of updates which would be a few weeks away. Couldn't of been any more wrong. The update was pushed out Friday night, received an e-mail saying the update was pushed out and a request to check if it had worked. By Saturday morning I'd managed to switch to Octopus Intelligent Go and scheduled a charge that night. Great customer service from Hypervolt!

Oct 07,2024I phoned Hypervolt with a view to purchasing the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger together with upgrading the 3 years warranty to 5 years and found that the knowledge and level of service provided in answering all my questions by both the Support and Sales department to be outstanding. They provided excellent service and communication and I would recommend them to anybody looking to get an EV charger Installed I will definitely look to to getting the Hypervolt Home 3 pro charger installed in the in the next month

Oct 24,2024I carried out thorough investigation into which was the best EV charger on the market by watching YouTube videos from installers and decided the looks, functionality, build quality and most importantly customer service for back up should problems arise and Hypervolt ticked all the boxes for being an A1 product. Communication was excellent ordering the product to receiving the product. Installation was easy for my electrician who had never installed a Hypervolt before and he was well impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate buying the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro again as it’s a no brainer. I purchased the Ultra Grey with a 7.5Mtr cable and used my defence discount card to get some discount. This has been a very pleasurable journey for me and if I had to do it again it would definitely be with Hypervolt!
